Anyone know if you can use mobile youtube on the Glyde?

Last monday I departed for a week bus trip to Branson MO. I live in Sioux Falls, SD. I just wanted to say thanks for the AWESOME COVERAGE!
I had tons of evdo as well as wonderful 1x! I had evdo in the middle of nowhere, and had it about 65 percent of the bus ride down there. In branson it was verizon 1x home network so great for pictures! I was in extended nextwork maybe 20-30 min total! I also did not ever not have coverage!

Say what you will about John Mayer, but at least the guy has an eye for cool gadgets. He posted a couple of live pics on his blog of the new BB Bold. Looks like a sweet device and rumors are floating around that it could come to verizon as soon as the fall (I dont think that will happen, but we can always dream right?)

ok so i work in customer service. i get these calls from direct agents who need to do an esn change or reconnect bec they can't. i don't ask any questions i just help them out but, now i'm asking. is this hard for you guys to do? also, customers always seem to come to us saying the store reps didn't help them change their upgrade dates a couple weeks earlier, but we usually do it no problem if its justifiable (good pmt history, longtime cust, arpu and if it's bec they lost their phone or something) but again, is this like impossible to do at the store with a manager? just wondering/although it's no problem to help you guys out do these things....

The folks over at Computerworld just ran the current 3G providers in America through their paces, only to discover that AT&T came out on top in almost every category. Well, it appears the monolithic telco plans to keep its edge (er...) on the competition -- by upping its HSPA service to a whopping 20Mbps come 2009. Our main man Ralph de la Vega said that the process wouldn't require a major overhaul to the provider's infrastructure, and that it's already in the process of punching up the 3.6Mbps speeds to 7.2Mbps "in the labs." Apparently, this won't stall plans for forthcoming 4G / 700MHz / LTE service from the company -- it'll just be icing on the cake.

Have had my XV6900 for about a month now and have not been able to get the phone to sync over the USB cable. It initially seemed to work, but then stopped syncing after about 5 minutes, and then in many cases my computer won't recognize the phone at all.

I don't know if it matters, but I have 4,500 contacts in Outlook. My prior Samsung i730 had no problems syncing. I'm able to sync using wireless sync, but I cannot install any software using wireless sync or transfer songs onto my microSD card..

I tried calling customer service and they had me reinstall things and that did not help, and then I got cut off and didn't have time to try again.

Anyone else have this issue and figure out a fix?

Hey all .. My pictures wont load on my Curve .. Not the ones on my media card nor the ones that I took with the Curve and are stored on the phone itself .. the thumnails show .. they load rather quickly but when I goto view a selected photo it quickly flashes a loading bar then goes to black screen

I can view the pics that came on the phone .. preloaded ones .. but no others .. The pics I have were all taken on my other phones .. I formated my card in the curve then loaded them on to the card after .. but again .. it also wont load the pics i took with the phone .. those w...

man. this may be the icing on the cake for blackberry fans. if i end up taking another job when this comes out, i may jump ship (again) to verizon. what's the buzz at verizon about this phone?

HEy I wasnt wondering .. How much battery life does it drain if you leave your bluetooth on but not connected. I usually keep it off but its a pain to turn on every time I get in my car or want to use my Jawbone. Am I really saving any battery life? or is it subtle since it isnt actually connected to anything?

New Every Two used to be applicable after 20 months. I now see on the Verizon website that it is applicable after two years. Has there been a change in Verizon policy?

its irritating me.. for some reason.. my ringback tones are not working.. they are not expired nor have i cancelled the service. i have been using the ringback tone service for 2 years now and this is the first time this is happening to me. When callers call me they tell me how surprised they are that there is a normal ring rather than a ringback playing..

I just wanted to see what others thought on this subject. I went to Verizon and bought my wife a new phone and bought myself the new curve. I paid full retail for my Curve and am selling my Like new pearl to offset that cost.

But they won't allow me the manufacture rebate of $50.00 I think that sucks. I understand not being able to get the contract price if not up for a upgrade but a standarded rebate come on.

Thoughts? 👿
