Verizon and the Razr 2 ...

I know it will be "trimmed" down compared to the other Razr 2 versions, but will it still be the best phone Verizon has to offer?

I'd Like An iphone BUT ....

Is the At&T network really as bad as what's described here in this forum ? I have been a true Verizon loyalist for 7 years with no problems but honestly, I'm caught up in the whole iphone craze ...It looks sweet !!!! So I guess my question is: Is the At&T network that much inferior to Verizon's ? By the way, I live in South Florida (WPB area) ....Thanks !

Newbie Question - Please forgive

Trying to email a pic from my computer to my cell phone, (via Jpeg to my [email protected])

I havent done this in a while but it always worked before, now however the email keeps bounging back saying "rejected".

Did Verizon disable this to prevent ringtones being emailed to the phone or is there something else wrong?

Sorry to sound like a newbie with a stupid question but even us old timers have brain farts sometimes.

Verizon has great service, but why do they have crap phones?????

I really love Verizon's services, but I hate their phones. It always seems that they are a step behind on the phone technology! Why can't they come out with cool phones like AT&T???? I know that the iPhone has a lot of downs to it, but it is a frickin' cool phone! It is a relatively small phone that looks sleek and different. Other services always have newer and better phones before Verizon. Why is that? If Verizon wants to keep and impress its customers, I think that they should get on the ball with the phones. I keep asking sales associates and they give me the excuse that their Verizon Live TV is coming soon and some really cool phones will be coming. Well for one, I am not going to want to watch TV on my phone, and two what is taking so ...

New Braodband pricing

The nation’s No. 2 carrier lowered the entry price for its wireless high-speed BroadbandAccess service, and is now offering the same price to both existing Verizon Wireless voice customers and new customers.

Previously, customers without a voice plan were charged $80 per month for access to the service—which according to Verizon Wireless’ terms of service includes 5 gigabytes of data transmission—while existing customers got a reduced rate of $60 per month. Now, the carrier treats all customers the same, and is even offering a one- or two-year contract option at the same rate.

The service supports PC access to Verizon Wireless’ CDMA EV-DO network.

“The network is much more pervasive than it used to be and obviously customers are usi...

New phone pricing

Anyone know about how much the new lg vx8550 is going to cost for a 2 year plan?? I'm just looking for a relative price... and hoping it's in my budget! 🤭

Should I stay clear of this model?? I know the chocolates have had some problems in the past. I'm willing to get it as long as I can be assured that if it breaks (by no fault of my own), verizon will replace it... haha....

I wish I could get it now! 🙄 This needs to come out sooner 🙂

LG 5300 RETURNS?

Over the past month I have had over a dozen LG 5300s returned with software issues, they all are freezing up, power cycling, shutting off and just acting buggy.

Has anybody else experienced this? Im wondering if there is a bad batch of phones out there?

Number Porting, Termination Fee (unique situation)

If I port my number to a different carrier, and then call verizon and say, “never mind I don’t want to leave verizon, reinstate my account with a new number,” would hey do it?

The reason I ask is I want to take my number with me to Cingular, but I want to keep my contract with verizon, just with a different number. I also want to avoid a early termination fee if at all possible.

Also I am the main line in a family plan. Will canceling my line do anything to the other lines?

Thanks,
Kinkade
