No ebay?

Why does some phones have Ebay as an option from get it now and others don't? I have a brand new Samsung U620 and I don't get ebay? I had a chocolate but the vibe died on that for a 2nd time but at least you could get Ebay?

Q REPLACEMENT PROBLEM Help Please

I just received a refurbished phone from the insurance co VZN uses. All is well except the battery life. I decided to just swap out with my original battery before sending back the phone ... but same problem I am getting about 60% usage before recharging is needed ... based on what I was able to do before with one charge. I have the Q.

Can the phone itself cause the excess battery drainage? If so any ideas on a setting I might be missing or should I just return it?

Solid Quarter 1 2007.

This was another good quarter by Verizon Wireless for the first quarter 2007. They got 1.7 million net new customers, which obviously is in line to q1 of 2006, but lower than my estimates of 1.8 million net new customers. They continue to gain market share from Sprint and from AT&T and they will continue to seek these gains going into the future. The only issues that are in my mind of what they are going to do to counter WIMAX, HSDPA/HSUPA and other types of higher speed data. Moreover, their prepaid is starting to become a little bit better, which their lackluster in growth have always been my concerns.

Finally, I think they will become number one very soon and they should continue to dominate the industry when it comes to postpaid voic...

Music Phones Question

Alright guys luckily instead of me going over to T-Mobile to be on my dad's family plan he is going to turn my account here on Verizon into a family plan. So I am looking for which new phone I am going to get. I am deciding between the new black U740, the vx8700, and the MAXX ve.

I remember hearing that the chocolate (slider) allowed you to play music in the background while u could type texts or shuffle through menus. Does anyone know if any of the above phones allows this, if not do any other phones besides the chocolate (slider) have this capability?

I currently have the vx8100 and use it as like an iPod a lot and that feature seemed really cool as now every time I want to do something on my phone besides listen to music I had to s...

I was at the verizon store yesterday and asked them if any phones are comming out in june or july and he said: "yes but i'm not telling you".
Does anyone know of any phones comming out. Because I have already tried out all the phones verizon has now and dont like any of them and I have to upgrade because my 8300 is about to die on me and dont want another refurbished one.

Best High-End, Midrange, and Entry-Level Verizon Phones?

Got a question for y'all... my Nokia 6256 has been a wonderful phone for me, but it seems to be lacking in the durability area. My friend's 6256 broke, and mine is developing a crack in the hinge. Tsk tsk, Nokia. ☚ī¸

So, I'm going to be upgrading in a couple of months, and want to know what the best phones are.

What I'm looking for:

1- Good durability/solid build quality
2- Very good speakerphone (clear, fairly loud)
3- Good battery life
4- Do NOT want a smartphone (too big/bulky)

If it also supported Bluetooth OBEX like my 6256 did, and had trimode, that'd be great, but isn't required.

Given the above, what's the best midrange, and the best high-end VZW phones?

Additionally, my girlfriend may be joining VZW soon, an...

G zone Sucks!

I would rather get the Motorola I580. It has bluetooth, megapixel camera, and a micro SD card slot. It is also alot smaller than the gzone's.
