OK this is the story it started about 2 months ago and got worst as time went on. sometimes when people call me i ans and they cant hear me and i cant hear them, sometimes people call me and i ans i hear my own echo they here nothing, sometimes people call me and it is very static or sometimes when i call out it rings for a sec and i hear nothing after that. i called them they told me to do some stuff and test called me and it still didn't work it was the echo one. she told me there is a problem we will open up a ticket and send it to the department. the next day someone call me from them and ask me of a time that it happened i told them they said ok i do see a problem we will get back to you.they never called back. i keep on calling them an...

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts on which is currently the best PDA available from VZW. I am currently looking at the i730 or the vx6700.

Which VZ Navigator phone has the best sound quality and screen? Those are the main features I'm looking for.

If you have an INPULSE account and you want to call a person that has a verizon account, yet lives in another state, will they charge you long distance?

im curious. i have a drawer full of watches. some expensive, some outdoorsy, some blink some not..

so say you had a drawer full of phones, different ones. you're going out one night.. so you ESN your 'dress' phone. next day you go hiking.. so you ESN your gzone phone.. then you have a tiny something or other and just want to carry the smallest phone you have in your drawer.. so you ESN.. back and forth etc...

can you essentially do that ???

I was looking on Amazon.com today and I clicked on Cell Phones and Service. Is this a rip? I see a 700w for $180! Therefore, I have a few questions. Your response is greatly appreciated.

1) How can Amazon sell these phones for so much less than VZW?

2) Can I add a line to an existing Family plan through Amazon?

3) What is Amazon's return policy for defective phones? Is it worth the extra $ to buy from VZW and get a rep who can actually help?

Received a notice in the mail today that I am eligible for all these settlements as a result of a class action suit against Verizon. They are offering 25% discounts off accessories or phones, free text messages, monthly credits, rebates for extending your contract. Can anyone explain this to me? What was the case about?

Rumor had it this phone would be out by now. Any word yet on a release date?

I had a customer call because his friend's LG VX8300 would not allow an enable the mp3 player. If you hit menu>0>000000>music setting it just gives a message that this feature is not allowed (or something like that). I ask him to check the software version. It is version 3. I have version 1. I called a tech. He pulled a phone and enabled the MP3. He then flashed the software update to version 3 and *poof* MP3 is gone!

I am a Verizon advocate, but if this is true...I am going to be very pissed. I cannot get a newer software because of this. Tell me. If we get enough people together can we sue over this? They did that to my V710 (you could file move from card to phone and vice versa and then a software update stopped that). GGGG...

So now that Xero is going to be a "real" company.....what do you guys think about it?

I was originally set on the Moto Q, but since the screen is small compared to the 6700 and there are more 3rd party apps available to the WM5 platform, how is the 6700 for everyday use. This will be my only phone and I am kinda worried about the large touch being damaged. The Q looks a lot tougher as far as smartphones/PDA phones go. Any people who own the 6700 can you tell me how this thing would do in everyday life? thank you

Is it just me (retail ccr's) or when you have to call the call center for any type of help that is beyond your control does call center ccr's get a lil nasty?

Last time I checked we were all on the same pay schedule as well as working for the same company so why is it when we call you it's a big hassle

Please help me out. I am a VZW employee a full time CSR ...I can not for the life of me tell you how long I have held back from the forum but I have had enough!!!

I can't call employee activations because it is by far the worst

Is it my software in my phone or does the bluetooth act just plain ol defective ..

1. I can't answer or switch in between calls using my bluetooth (handsfree my ass)I have to open my flip to answer

2. I got the software upg and believe it or not my bluetooth audio went dead and I had to get a phone replacement

3. I am currently using JABRA is that my problem or is the 8300 just plain ol funky?
