I tested the 870 Today and it gets returned tomorrow - Oh my god this sucks !

Samsung has so so let me down..
The voice quality is so horrid that people think I am on a bad blue tooth headset when I am just using the phone normally.
From the 930 to now the 870 and sounding worse and worse. They have 100% let us down and ruined their reputation.
LG has now taken first place for sure.
The keypad is equally bad. You literally can not dial the phone when it's in the case without dialing dozens of wrong digits..
This phone is shot !!!

why the e815 was taken away
well...........i'm not sure how true this is but was told by a motorola rep. it was said that you could hack in to the bluetooth on the e815 and use it as a modem aslong as you had either a v-cast plan or mobile web access. can anyone back this up?

i need your help.... should i get the Q just because its "cute"?
Ok well im 19 y/o and im a student who has a part-time job... im not a businessman or anything and I currently have the LG vx9800 and was thinking about upgrading the to the Motorola Q because it looks hott and I just want a phone that makes me look like a baller. . I have no idea what sets the blackberrys, treos, and Qs different from the other phones. In other words, if i do decide to buy the Q, what features does this thing have.. ive read the descriptions and features on this website but like i said im 19..... aka..... IN ENGLISH PLEASE? lol

ringtones for LG5300
My daugher and I just got new phones this week. She got the LG5200 for free but she doesn't like the phone so I am sending it back. We are looking at the LG5300. Any ratings on this phone? I know you can record voice memo with this phone but can you save it as a ringtone. or send it to yourself and save it as a ringtone? I got the 8300 and I can send a text to myself with a song and save it as a ringtone. What about the pic quality on the 5300? The 5200 quality isn't very good. Thanks for your help.

KRZR spotting
So I was at the Purdue Club of Chicago social hour last night at the local bar, where I ran into a Motorola employee I know. I was telling him about how I am getting a new phone, etc, and been reading a lot online. So then I asked him about the KRZR, and his reply was, "You mean this?" and proceeded to pull one out of his pocket.
I only looked at it for a brief period of time, so I can't go too in depth. My inital thought was that it just seemed like a smaller version of the RAZR. He was just given the phone earlier in the day, so he didn't really have much to say about it yet either. Oh yeah, it was the Cingy KRZR, so I have no idea about the Verizon UI.

9900, KRZR, GZ, 8600 and HS700
we had our kick off today and I got to see these phones.. let me start by saying 9900 is going to be a KICK ASS phone.. its soo much slimmer than 9800.. I like the hinge and the way it opens.. its going to be 2.0 megapixel.. the keys are in the same exact place as 9800 but it looks soo much better because it has partisions.. now the menu.. wow.. its awesome.. the display theme navigator is sick.. looks nothing like a vz template.. The only problem was its a little bigger width wise.. length is the same exact type and looks and feels great.. the front was silver looking.. (like the V60c) and black.. I spoke to the LG rep and told him the colors were kinda bad.. but he said it could change.. he didn't let me take any pix.. coz he said "it'll b...

New 8300 bluetooth problem?
Ok, I have read some of the threads about the 8300 and the bluetooth problems.
The problem I have is that the other person can only hear me about 75% of the time, a lot of times when I start the conversation I can hear them perfectly but the other party cannot hear me at all, no background noise or anything. I have to hang up then call them back and then it will work. About 1 out of 4 phone calls have this problem has anybody else experienced it? I am using the Jabra BT350

They should give customers like these some kinda award
A customer's daughter calls in. She got an insurance replacement because her old phone's charging port is broken. She had the replacement phone activated, downloaded some new ringtones and wallpaper, but.... the phone got run over. A CS rep advise her that once she gets a new phone and re-downloads the ringtones/wallpapers we will credit them back after the next bill. The girl activates her old broken phone with the CS Rep. She then calls back and gets me and explains that she re-downloaded the ringtones/wallpaper on the broken phone that cannot charge and wants credit for that and also when she re-downloads on the new phone from the insurance again. I had to verify twice to see what she did because I can not understand why anyone would down...

Verizon Wirelessâ highest individual bid was $927 million for the F-block license covering the Northeast region of the United States; previous high bidders included Dolan Family Holdings L.L.C., which is backed by Cablevision System Corp. chairman Charles Dolan. Looking to leave T-Mobile...Need Input about the Competitor Carriers
After staying for 4 long years with T-Mobile, I am finally willing to move to another carrier. As for the reasons why, please see my posting on this forum with the Subject Title, "Issues with T-Mobile PDA Support Group. Especially with the Blackberry 7105T!!!".
