in my area is now carrying Vzw! Last night they had the silver V3m! The casing is silver however the keypad is black! Oh yea I HATE WAL MART and cannot believe that after getting rid of our radio shack problem they have whored us out to Wal Mart! I'm so ashamed 🤭

My topic of today is Customer Service ☹️ which is one of the number one problems people have to discuss on here or any forum for cell phones. Now I've heard the horror stories and bad store experiences people have had but do you guys think it the companies policies that cause sooo many complains and problems or is it really just the wrong people at the wrong time? 🤨

P.S. I know customer service is a sore spot for a few reps on here so lets not get to upset. We've all had a few bad customers.

Anyone have any dates for the 5300 ? This replaces the 5200 and is small and compact and has bluetooth.. This could appeal to alot of people who dont care about Vcast but want full funtion speakerphone and Bluetooth..

Why do reps at Verizon stores never know when phones are coming out? Does Verizon like to keep secrets from them? I mean i walk into the store, i ask them about a phone coming out in the near future, and they 1)don't know what phone i'm talking about or 2)have no idea what the release date for me. Now i'm sure its not the reps fault, but damn it gets on my nerves.

I purchased a new Motorola V325 on Ebay and therefore am not entering a new contract period with Verizon. Does anyone know if Motorola is giving any rebates for this phone? Thank you.

Or is this not possible? So you know, I have a cord that goes from my razr and into my computer (it's meant for my digital camera, but it works with my phone). I am guessing this isn't possible and I have to text them to my e-mail or something, but if it's possible to do without texting that is better. Oh, and my computer isn't bluetooth, so even if files could be transferred over bluetooth that wouldn't be an option for me. TIA.

I'm a manager at a Verizon Wireless Store. I had a customer get very upset with me about an issue he had. To make a long story short, He asked for my name because he was going to make a complaint. I gave it to him and he left.

About two hours later, a pizza man come into our store with about 8 pizza and 4 packs of pop and a bill of $183 with my name on it. I told him I never ordered the pizza and he showed me the number that call in to place the order. I pulled it up and it was that customer that had just left. I pulled up his call records and he dial 411 and it shows he was transfer to that pizza place. The pizza man understood and sold the pizza for 5 dollars, so my entire team ate good that evening.

i had my vzw phone for 1 year but now i want a new one. i went to verizons website and clicked on "upgrade your phone" and i got a list of phones with pricing but when i clicked on "Select" it said the site was under construction. i went to a vzw store and they said i have to keep my current phone for another year before im allowed to get a new one.

can anyone explain this to me and/or tell me how i can get a new phone now?

A Verizon rep at a store recently told me that the reason they have hardly any tri-mode phones available is that they are going to an all-digital network, and that by the beginning of next year analog will not be available at all, even on tri-mode phones. They said that they will no longer use the analog towers, so if you're in an analog only area and you havea tri-mode phone, it will show no service, just as if you had an all-digital phone.

Does anyone know if this is true? I know they want to go to all-digital eventually, but could they really make the switch by the beginning of next year?

I've had this cell phone for almost 2 years. When using Mobile Web, sometimes phone will shut off & start up. I want to upgrade to Samsung Sch-a930. Is this called the Blade? I like the feature that you can use the speaker, while it's closed & answer calls when closed. And there are other things I hear good about this Samsung. Can someone tell me if I'm making the right decision?

I've browse the threads and have read similar topics, but I'm still cluess as to which phone to get... there's just one to many. 👀

Here's my guideline: 1) As cheap as possible-under $100. 2) must have VZ Navigation and/or blue-tooth 3) Most bang for the buck.

I'm thinking the Razr v3m, price and size wise, but have read unfavorable reviews about it (or was it the v3c?). I'm also considering the LG 8300 based on good reviews, but dislike the external antenna. I've also looked at the Samsung a930.

Should I wait for something new that may come out in a week or so that may create some special deals on these or the new phones?
