Verizon's high marks don't surprise me. However, I can't understand T-Mob's high scores. Everyone I know with T-Mob has call quality problems.

Vodafone Group has not indicated whether it plans to sell its 45% stake in Verizon Wireless, but there are some good reasons to do so, according to this analysis. For starters, a Verizon sale would wipe out Vodafone's recent $40 billion to $49 billion impairment charge, and it could also help the U.K. carrier focus on its core GSM networks.

i just recently obtained the V325..and i love it...except for the fact i am getting a glitch when i charge the phone..it freezes on 2 bars...no matte where the battery meter really is...it just goes to 2 bars...and freezes there...even if i take out the charger...it stays at 2 bars and blinks.....anyone else having this problem...any suggestions??? should i just return the phone for another one...or does this happen on all the V325s????thanks..

I do work at many places that don't allow camera phones, so I need a phone that doesn't have one. However, I'd really like to have bluetooth since my car has it built-in, and I can make and receive calls just by talking to the car.

Is there such a thing? Or do I just have to go with one of the cheap phones with minimal features?

I know this question has been asked many times, but can anyone confirm what and when new phones will be available for Verizon customers? Can anyone verify if the Nokia 6265i will be released under Verizon? Sorry for the repeated questions. 😕

I am just excited about the fact that Cingular only has 33 markets that are 100% integrated and the test results already show that we have the best network in NY, NJ, HI and the San Francisco bay area.... and this is just the begining of the battle for the best network in the US.
What will verizon have to advertise once they can't say they have that damn over-filtered "most reliable network"? lol

I know many of you on here are Direct or Indirect sales reps, and I had a question. Do any of you "walk the line" of lieing to a customer when you make sales, and be honest, what tactics do you use? For example I have a friend, that say a Camera phone is $75 with a $50 MIR. Well he will tell the customer that the phone is $95, but he will take $20 off if they get the $10 Unlimited IN pix and text. Technically he is not lying cuz we can raise the price in our computer, and he gets every camera phone he sales to have a datas package now.

Also, for example since V-Cast comes free for the first month, I tell customers it automatically comes with the V-Cast phones, and that they can just call 611 in 30 days (to make sure I get my commissio...

Could you imagine buying a computer and then realizing that:

-You cannot go to all the websites you want to.
-You can only connect to the internet by using Vz as your ISP
-Forget about transfering pics from you cell phone to your computer. (Because you know, for "security reasons" and "this is only to prevent you from uploading a virus to your computer")
-Forget about porn. (It will be blurred out) lol
-Forget about Networking with other computers.
-You can't send attachments thru emails that containg "certain" files.

Everyday, except wednesday, I work out at a mall Kiosk selling Cell phones for Verizon Wireless. Its a cushy job, with good job security, and I make enuff money to live. But, except for the weekends, the mall is DEAD. I do my call logs, inventory, everything I can to pass the time, then I look at the dreaded time clock, and only 30 minutes has passed. Whoa ist me. So, everyday I am on here, and/or I text my friends on MSN via my phone (unlimted texts to anyone via my work phone, wish Verizon had that for consumers) so, just curious, but what do you guys do at your jobs to keep from being bored for 8-12 houts, if your job is boring that is? Enquiring minds want to know. 😎

Motorola has begun working with carriers to replace defective GSM RAZRs received by carriers in the month February. There was an issue with a component in some of handsets shipped last month which can cause them to randomly drop calls and reboot. Carriers that received the affected phones have been notified.
That's funny, I assumed that was a standard feature for RAZR's.
