What Do You Guys Think?

I know there is a software update coming for the Motorola Razr V3c. I think they should release two different versions. One with the Verizon UI for the people that don't care or like the Verizon UI. And the Motorola UI for the people that are willing to learn a NEW UI! What do you guys think?? Thanks

How to get a less expensive alternative verizonwireless service

What's the least expensive way to get a cellphone and the verizonwireless service from some reliable alternatives?...

There appear to be ways to get cell phone service at lower cost than from verizonwireless directly.

New paint blocks out cell phone signals

This will cut down on the amount of radiation that our cells intake everyday from the cellular signals... Hooray!!

New paint blocks out cell phone signals

3/1/2006 3:33:00 PM -0500

ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 1 (UPI) -- A Rochester, N.Y., company
has developed paint that can switch between blocking cell
phone signals and allowing them through.

"You could use this in a concert hall, allowing cell phones to
work before the concert and during breaks, but shutting them
down during the performance," said Michael Riedlinger,
president of NaturalNano.

Using nanotechnology, particles of copper are inserted into
nanotubes, which are ultra-tiny tubes that occur naturally in
halloysite clay mined in Utah. Combined with a
radio-filte...

Whats your opinion?

Well, im looking to either buy the "V" (Lg Vx9800) or waiting for the Motorola Q that is supposedly pushed back 3 months. All im really looking for in these two phones is the qwerty keyboard. They both have their positives and negatives. What is your opinion in which one I should get? Pretend there is no price, and i can get both right now and they are available. Thanks in advance.

Verzion has the worst website of all time.

I have tried to navigate on verizons website and it went over like a pregnant pole-vaulter.

I love how the two hardest things to find are phones and rate plans. hmmmmmmmmm maybe we should show them how to recieve a voice note from china on the homepage instead of showing phones and plans. Yeah, lets do that.

Verizon has been good to me, Im just wondering why the website is so bad. Its like trying to eat campbells soup while camping without a utensil. Your so freaking hungry and theres no way to eat even one split pea.

But its cool im not like a web designer or anything, and i don't own my own graphic design company either, so i don't even know what im talking about.

Thank you

Which Phone to choose??

I was recently hired by Verizon Wireless and I'm looking for a handset. I've heard good things about the LG 8100 and Samsung A950. Which handset should I go with and can any employees tell me about the employee phone plan?

Audiovox CDM8945

I've been looking at this site for a few years because I'm a dealer, and this site is MOSTLY unbias when it comes to user opinions on phones. I work for an independent Verizon dealer, and earlier this week, we got an Audiovox 8945 in the store. This phone isn't up on the site anywhere. Does anyone have any information on this phone other than the stuff that's listed on the Verizon site? IMO, it looks and feels like a piece of crap (V Cast, but no megapixel camera...?), but I was wondering if anyone has any actual experience with it.

VX6100 Battery Problem

Ok heres the issue. I will fully charge my phone and then when I go to make a call anywhere from 10-20 mins the phone begins to blink low battery or sometimes shuts off. If the phone shuts off and I turn it back on or I end the call the battery indicator goes back up, to say two or three bars. Is this a problem with the phone or the battery? It does this all the time.

Thanks!

Verizon UI

What is the deal with the Verizon UI? I am sure similar message has been posted before. I have recently noticed that all Verizon phones "look" the same with the UI. I am greatly upset at this. People purchase a phone for the functionality and individuality. If I get a Motorola, I want the Motorola UI and if I get a Samsung phone, I want the Samsung UI and so forth. The way it is going Verizon might as well sell one phone instead of having all other brands. And as for people that can't be bothered to learn an UI or find it difficult you are just LAZY πŸ‘Ώ . It takes 5 mins to read through a manual and figure out how a phone works. The time you spent gossiping on the phone about who slept with who you could have read the manual.

Any...

I had a nightmare!

Ok My dream started out great, samsung 930 is being released. I go to pick it up and when i pull it out of the box it is no longer black! Verizon changed it to silver and blue like they did to the 630 before release. I ran and screamed out of the store in complete horror of another silver phone. I woke up with cold chills. I hope it was only a bad dream!

If you could pick one feature you don't like about Verizon, what would it be? There are so many.

I personally hate the fact that Verizon doesn't offer no free nights on Monday to Friday starting at 7 & ending at 7 the next morning or Monday morning at 7 like other carriers for a fee. That I would pay for to start your free minutes starting earlier & save money. Anyone agree or disagree of have anything else to add that they dislike about Verizon? Besides that, I have no complains about Verizon. πŸ™„

Current Verizon Cell Phone Offerings

Hello,

Currently I am using a Motorola V60s.

I know Verizon has since discontinued this product and I am looking for a replacement phone based on the current phone offerings from Verizon.

The main problem I have had with the Motorola V60s even with PRL updates is that its signal seems to come and go in comparison to another Verizon phone I have which has maintained its signal.

What I am looking for is a new Verizon cell phone β€œclam shell” model that has the best available reception quality at a reasonable price.

Any recommendations?

Thanks πŸ™‚
