Anybody else notice this on the new collateral?

On the new collateral signs, (the 8.5 x 11's and on the new 22x24's), the one that says "It's the Nations Most Reliable Network", the actor to the immedite left of the Test Guy, the bald actor, has a T-Mobile phone strapped to his hip, its the blue Motorola V300. Just thought this was amusing, anybody else notice?

LG "V" vs. RAZR, or just wait for Moto "Q"?

What do you guys think? My NE2 is up right around Christmas time and those are the two phones I've been thinking about, although they are completely different (especially in size). Should I just wait for the Moto "Q" smartphone coming out in Q1 of 2006?

Is it true that when a customer escalates to a supervisor...

Hello Verizon Reps. Guess what I found out today? I can call anytime I want, as much as I feel like and get a credit for $25.00 dollar for whatever then hell the reason may be. Now here's the best part. Why can I do that? Because I know that as customer I have the right to beg for money for things such as late fees, valid charges, roaming, long distance, calling plan changes, and the list goes on.

Late Fee
---------

I am always late and your contract says I have to pay for them but why would I when I can take advantage of it for 11 months in a row?

Valid Charges
--------------

I went over my minutes cause I can't keep my smart-ready-to-say-I'm-going-to-another-compa ny mouth shut, so what? That doesn't mean I'm gonna pay for the...

V265 charger

Okay, so I've had four different chargers now and each one has crapped out after about a month and a half. It's not the phone, because after the first charger stopped working, I swapped phones and it still does it. Every time I bring it in the same people act shocked. Is this typical of Motorolas?

Big breakup question!

I would like to thank in advance any of the knowledgeable verizon reps who reply to this question. I recently split up with my girlfriend of three years. No reason for that info to be on this thread other than the fact that we're both verizon customers. She was with verizon when we met, and I got a phone and we got one of those "add a line for $9.99" deals. Which was great for the last two and half years until we separated and I moved three and a half hours away where the only cellphone coverage is provided by alltel 😢 Obviously this is not a great situation for me. My question is this. We both got new phones within the last 12 months. She got her ne2 (primary line) and I got whatever deal they give to someone ineligible for ne2....

Merits program question

We are in the Chicagoland area and our 2 line family plan qualifies for the Merits program. Here is our question:

The early phone upgrade seems to be only for the primary line. We are quite happy with that phone, but would like a better phone for the second line (the secondary line was added less than one year ago).

Could we upgrade the primary line phone, then just activate the new phone on the secondary line? I assume the new phone just ships directly to the address on our contract. Could this be done online?

No problem extending the contract 2 years. We have had no upgrades on either line since the original contract about 18 months ago.

Thanks

Get It Now question

Hello, I have a question on the charges for get it now games. You click on a game, and it says $$$ for subscription, and $$$ for unlimited.

what is the difference. i assume that the subscription is monthly charges, and unlimited is no monthly charges, you just buy the game. Is this correct? I can not find the answer in the get it now brochure.

thanks for your time.

RAZR Bluetooth integration works great

The OBEX file transfer is definitely enabled on the Verizon V3c RAZR phones sold at the corporate stores.

Just pair the phone once, and drag files to and from the phone. Movies, ringtones, pictures, anything in the shared folders.

You can take a picture and it shows up immediately in the "My Bluetooth Places" folder on your computer, as soon as you walk into the same room.

Thanks Verizon.

NEW Data Roaming??????

Any one else notice the Extended 1x(NationalAccess) areas on the coverage locator. Alltel already takes full advantage of Verizon's 1x area for there customers why doesn't Verizon take full advantage of Alltels 1x area's. Any official words on this and of other carriers joining the 1x roaming group.

RAZR CRZY

Ever since it's launch on the 7th via the web, I've had or heard about people coming out of the woodwork trying to get a RAZR.

I had a store with a guy that had a new phone for a month, wanted to return it and get a RAZR, well out of the 15 day WFG, the customer wanted to order it on the web site on the 7th and get his NE2 discount, the store would take his phone back but they didn't have a phone for him to use during the time being for delivery and his old phone was broken. I was like, why not wait for the 12th (before it was changed to the 8th) when the phone comes out and swap out the phones then... if we are overlooking the WFG.

Another customer has a 2 line FS plan that can upgrade in April but he wanted 2 RAZR for x-mas, I advise...
