My old phone is recieving text that are being sent to my new phone. Am I being charged twice for this? Also is it a fraud issue for this happening.

Can anyone tell me why Verizon can't (or won't) put out a smartphone for around $200.00. I don't want a PDA but I would like to be able to sync my contacts and calendar from me e-mail client. Cingular has 2 smartphones for $199.00, hell Nextel even has a windows smartphone. Verizon had a Samsung but discontinued it without a replacement. Does anyone have any information or rumors of a smartphone coming out anytime soon for Verizon wireless?

Honestly guys,after reading another thread I decided to try and pair my razr and my 6256i and they paired the passcode is the same as w a headset 0000. Thats Awesome and to think b/c we didn't have cellebrite cables for the razr I transfered my ph book by hand 😁

my neighbor just ''overclocked'' his phone, and he does get better service in his house (he wouldnt get any service and now he gets an avarage 3-4 bars!), although it is a cingular gsm phone.

does anyone have any info on this for a verizon cdma phone? is it worth it? will it help?

I use Act has a contact mgt. What would be the best solution to sync with a Blackberry or Treo 650 or 700.

cingular came out with a promo 550 mintute family plan for $59.99. verizons lowest plan is for $69.00 with 700 minutes. i just finished my 1st month with a 3 phone verizon family plan with about 300 minutes of usage time. is verizon planning to bring back the $59.99 anytime soon???

What is exactly outlined in vzw policy to be considered as trigger statements? I tested this by calling cust care 3 times each one with a valid trigger statements.....not 1 rep made a save attempt....what gives??? i used...whens my contract up? i used competetive pricing,,,and whats my account number (considered a trig statement due to cust needs account number in order to port out) does vzw not bother with retention or were those 3 reps in a row not doing their job right?

I really want a new cell phone (preferably the nokia 6236i) but I'm not eligible for the NE2 until next fall. I am also poor so I cannot afford to pay full retail value. Are there any websites I could check out that may offer the phones at a discount (besides ebay) or does anyone have any advice?

I was just wondering what type of position this is under Verizon? I know some companies use this as the person that meets and greets the customer but doesn't get commisions on sales. Is this what this position is? And what would be the title of the technicians in the back of the stores?

Well, sounds like a dumb question to me, but...
Let me first say that I am not ready to give up analog capability on whatever phone I carry (which is currently a StarTac).

A couple of years ago I was "this" close to a new Samsung, then realized it was listed as "All-Digital". I haven't gotten too serious about it since, until a couple of weeks ago. I had heard about the RAZR, and asked about it while at the Verizon store paying my bill. The saleslady said the RAZR should be in within a week, and she thought it would be Tri-Mode.

I went back in after a few days, and they had gotten it that day. I was kind of excited until I looked at the info card. Instead of "Tri-Mode", it said "All-Digital". Dang. So I got to talking to a saleslady (...

Whats up wit hthe new OS of the Razor, Did they stop using Motorolas interface and go with LG? It is far from user friendly.
I will switch back to my e815 that still utilizes motorola software.
Why did they make this change? You cant change the soft keys, its not at all a good move.

This question kind of goes along with the other message I just posted. I think it was the same saleslady who said that some "All-Digital" phones will do analog who said that analog will be going away soon for consumer use, to make way for the military to use that band.

It hasn't been overly busy in my store. However we are expecting it to be VERY busy today. Everyone got paid on the 15th so it should be busy today, lets hope.

I have the audiovox 6600 but I am looking for a smaller phone that dosent need to be a PDA phone but I would like the smartphone. Verizon only offers a 3 year old phone. Has anyone heard of anything new on the horizon. P.S. the new razr sucks!!!
