So, I am one of the few that actually *likes* my V710 - it gets great reception, and it has all the features I want with the exception of the bluetooth being useless. But obviously there are issues with it and -duh- who wouldn't jump at the #3 option to get a new phone.

So I am guessing, based on the things I've read, that the E815 is probably going to be the one I want if I really did like the V710 aside from the problems, yeah?

And has anyone been successful in just going into the store ahead of the settlement and exchanging now? I'd rather just get it over with, but I guess if I can't, I can't.

How long is it supposed to take to get whatever paperwork we need to do the exchange?

the Nokia 2128i is a flashlight/candybar phone. One question. Why!? do we have any Nokia backers here that would endorse this phone. any flashlight enthusiasts that would endorse this phone?

I've had VZW for 2 yrs now and the service has been nothing short of stupendous. Lately however every time i download a GIN app it comfirms ive downloaded but does not appear on my handset until at least 12 hours later what gives? any suggestion how to relieve this problem?

I'm not really sure if this have been posted ever, so I'm possibly beating a rather "dead horse", but why is it that Verizon agents (Indirect dealers) can't give their customers the NE2 deal? When I say "our" customers...I mean it. Apparently we're good enough to sell the phones and services for Verizon, but 22 months down the road, the customer comes back to me and asks about the $100 bucks on his/her phone and I'm outta luck. Gotta go to the corporate store, not ours. Better yet, even if I try to match the $100 bucks, we tend to be losing money on the deal. Not exactly a nice way to treat those who sell your product I would think, but that's probably why I'm not making seven figures. Oh well, y'all have a good night and a good weeken...

Help! My husband needs A Tri-Mode phone. Can't decide between the 4650 and the 5200. His main concern is reception and battery life. Right now the 5200 is the same price as the 4650 and has the camera. Is the reception comparable on the two phones? What about ease of use, battery life and etc. Thanks for you input and help. 🙂

With my present contract up 11/7 I am looking to upgrade with a Bluetooth phone which will work with my Ininiti M35. I know that the LG8100 will work but would rather get either the A970 or the RAZR when it is released. Per Infiniti the RAZR works with the car but there is no info about whether the A970 does. The Verizon Bluetooth compatibility cheat sheet shows is as "pending". Anone know how long it takes to do these evaluations? Has anyone tried the A970 in an Infiniti?

My contract is up on the 24th of November and I'm debating on which phone I want to go with. Which do you think would be a better phone with the Verizon network? The Samsung 970 or the RAZR? The Sammy has the 2.0MP camera, but the RAZR has the floss factor. Now this is my only phone also.

i planning on getting the LG 8100 soon but I have a few questions. Can i record songs and put them as a ringtone. and is it true that the government is forcing all carriers to switch to GSM?

I was wondering what are the employee plans for verizon? I will be starting next month after training.

I want to prelude this post by saying I am sorry for the rant, but I am getting tired of having every phone model I get replaced just because of bugs in the phone.

First I get the V710 which I was completely willing to deal with the lack of Full Bluetooth. The first 4 that I had contained a camera that was about 45 degrees off center. Once they got me a phone that had a good camera, the software started locking up and then the phone would restart itself - severe pain in the a$$.

So VZW replaces that with an e815. Great phone, love the features, but still has the software lock and restart problem. Only this one was doing it at least 5 times per day. So they replace that one twice and then decide to give me an 8100.

What are they thinking extending the current promo to Feb. They should of brung back the 500 min plan at least.
