do you guys find there is an abundance of employee negitivity within your company because i find with cingular every ones alyays complaining and bitching and moaning that the policies change far to often and the upper management dont treat the lower management well etc etc???? so what say you

First, I would like to suggest that Verizon add a feature that AT&T has had for a while. When you dial 411 and request a number, the number is automatically texted to your phone with the option to save it to your phonebook (in addition to being connected to the number). This just seems like a practical thing to do.

Does anyone else have any suggestions for Verizon? Most companies spend lots of time and money for customer feedback. I am sure that Verizon would appreciate some good feedback here.

The Northwest is not a highly populated area, hence the cell industry doesn't put huge investments in towers. To make things worse we have 10,000 foot mountains killing digital signals.

We still like to communicate and like our gadgets.

Does anyone know if there is a way to skip the voice mail greeting and go right to leaving a message? When i call verizon wireless customers sometimes i just feel its too long to get through the greeting to then leave the voicemail. I know with Sprint you can just hit the pound key to skip the greeting and go right to voicemail.

I know that I can have all of my calls that come into my VZW phone to another cell phone number, but can I have it forward my text messages to that cell phone too?

Also, am I correct in assuming that when I am having my calls forwarded, it is only using minutes from my account? Or is there some kind of forwarding charge too?

I am about to make use of my 'new every two' program this coming july. i orginally got my current phone when i joined vzw with an inidividual AMerica's Choice 400. It was a two year plan. A year or so into it, my family joined in on the plan. Does this extend my plan? And does this mean that I will have to pay retail price for my new phone, since technically, I am still on this plan? I'm not sure how stable the relationship is between Verizon and Vodafone in terms of owning 55% / 45% of VZW respectively... but, I was wondering if anyone knew if Vodafone was planning to make a move to grab all of VZW. I dont know how smart of a move this would be, considering Vodafone prefers their Global Standard GSM. Is there anything about Vodafone considering starting from scratch. In this case Verizon would have to pay back a lot of money to them... I dont see the starting from scratch happening, but with last years failure to grab ATT Wireless, you might not know what will happen. I know both Verizon and VOdafone both want complete control over VZW, so I think something may happen soon. Then again, this is all speculation. Thanks fo...
