i just went ino the forums for the other carriers and no one in there is talking **** or saying one is better than the other. only here in the verizon forum. this is ridiculous. if you wanna talk **** go to your respective carrier forum and do it there. i wanna see what potential products are comnig out and what useful information i can get from here. if you wanna talk **** go in a chat room.

Okay-I went to switch my service over from Sprint and I wanted the 4600(interent only) and when the transaction was complete-I was asked for a $400.00 deposit-THATS RIGHT $400.00 DEPOSIT. Now I'd like Verizon but I'm not about to pay a deposit that outragous and beleive me I'm going to get a copy of my credit report to see why I'd warrant such a large amount-Anyway question is if I went to the store could the sales guy help me(waive this nutty deposit) or am I just wasting my time

I am a Vrz customer for the last 6 months. I have gone to our local central florida Verzion store, and never have any new info.
Their coverge maps haven't changed in the last 2 years. Their phones are expensive, and cheaply made.
I truly question the quality of their coverage in North Central Florida.
I had ATTWS 6 months ago, and ATTWS TDMA sounded much better and it's coverge in this area was better than VRZ and their voice quality on ATTWS TDMA was also better. I can't speak for GSM, though I have though of changing carrier when my contract is up.
Vrz keeps saying they are spending "tons" of money to make their service better. I don't see it in this area, or as they would say: "Can you hear you me now? Good". Well NOT so good....

I purchased the A530 last month and it sucks. The call quality and service isn't that great - and I have to admit I would really really like the new Samsung camera phone. What can I do to get a new phone?

I'm willing to pay a reasonable price for it, but I refuse to pay $350 (alleged "retail" price).

Anyone have any advice on how I get Verizon to give me a new phone? Thanks.

Have anyone here heard of the new visa phone that was ddeveloped in england and now in curculation this phone is amazing but kinda gets me thinking where it can be used as a camera so you can see the other person i think you would need a headset to use it cause u would be holding hte phone in front of you so that the other party can see you but this is awsome i think it will take a long time to make it over the the us so it can be used i dont understand why these companies still maintain the cdma networks wehre these new phones that they are using primarily can only be used on gsm networks cingular and t-mobile and att have it right go with teh gsm where thats where the rest of the world is but i cant wait to see this phone

I have the vox 8600 right now but before summer is over I would like to purchase a camera phone. out of those 2 phones. .which one is overall better? maybe you guys can list some of the pros and cons you find with them. thanks in advance if you can help.

I can activate voice recognition by opening the flip phone, but it won't active when I set it to activate via the Send Key. It just immediately goes into the list of numbers I setup with voice tags, but I get no prompt.

Any clues?
