Verizon Drops ALL PDA SMARTPHONES to 99.99! Know what THIS means!

Verizon has lowered ALL PDA/Smartphones to 99.99 or below! 🤤 Touch Pro is 99.99 and you get to choose one select phone for free! Same with the Omnia, Touch Diamond.

Know what this means! TP2, Omnia 2, Diamond 2 VERY soon! 😁

The saga is the only phone that's still 199.99.

Upgrade 8/31

My sister currently has the Voyager Titanium and she liked it at first and now she hates it. Long story. Anyhoo she is due for an upgrade as the title says on Aug 31st and was wondering of any good options? She is leaning towards the Tour but wanted to know any other alternatives?

alltel plan verizon phone

Sorry if this has been covered but i can't find it.

I have a Alltel family plan with a 1000 min and 1000 text per phone. 4 phones on the plan. My phone is eligible for a upgrade. Been told two or three different things. 1. i can upgrade but have to get a verizon message pack. my text in my plan is no good. 2. my plan will work fine with a verizon phone. 3. i can send text but not pictures with my current plan.

If i have to change my plan, can i get new phones for everyone without paying full price for them? I have looked at verizon website and I can get a extra 30 off my phone so I am thinking about upgrading from the website if I do get a new phone.

sorry about the rambling. thanks in advance

dropping my contract and starting over

I have mentioned that I no longer like my Omnia. Someone said I could swap after a year, but that option is not offered to me on the VZW website.
What if I dropped my current two you contract and took out a new 2 year contract. I assume I would pay a fee for dropping, but would that cost offset the difference in the price of a new phone with contract?
Just curious.

How can my phone be used on someone else's account?

I'm still in contract with Verizon but I have an LG DARE that I don't need anymore. I'm thinking about selling it to a friend. Is there a way where I can have it "unlocked" so my friend can use it on his account? If so what's the easiest way and what's Verizon's policy on that? Thanks.

t9

I was reading reviews of the Nokia Intrigue & I saw several complaints about not being able to teach the t9 on this phone new words. I got fed up & went to a vzw store. The employee at the store informed me that NONE of the new phones have this any longer. I asked him if Verizon removed this feature or if it was the manufacturers & he wasn't sure. I tried a few of the phones myself & he was right. LG, Samsung, all of them have had that capability removed. Does anyone know about this or why this feature has been removed?

AT&T Beats Verizon on Net Adds

Verizon Wireless may be the country’s biggest carrier based on subscribers, but it added fewer wireless customers than rival AT&T in its second quarter.

Verizon Wireless added barely 1.1 million net customers in the second quarter, falling way behind AT&T’s almost 1.4 million net additions.

The carrier’s subscriber additions were reported today along with parent company Vodafone’s reported key performance indicators, which include its proportionate share of Verizon Wireless’ net customer additions.

Verizon’s full second-quarter financial results will be reported on Monday.

Loving Verizon

Okay...I have stated in the past that I was going to switch but then realized something...The Orange ATT has nothing on the BIG V. My parents went to Maine and for some reason does not have service...(They're on ATT) and their friends have Verizon (Go figure) I want them to switch and the whole family are on Verizon not ATT and the only thing they keep saying is oh ATT has rollover minutes...WTF...Is there a good phone for them..They are older in their 60's and dont need text/internet or email on it, just a simple easy to use phone...I'll get them to switch!!

Thanks for the help

Tour and BMW

A colleague just got a BB Tour and it will not pair with the BT in her BMW X3. According to BMW, the Tour is not supported by their (BMW) BT software. VZW referred her to BMW as they did not have an answer.

Has anyone been able to pair a Tour with a BMW, and if so, how?

Thanks...Scott

1st Bad CS Experience in YEARS!!! Not Sure Where to Go From Here

My blackberry curve won't turn on at all. I have tried 3 different batteries, tried plugging it into the computer as well as the wall charger and nothing. The little red light won't even come on. Thus, I call customer service.

The gentleman I got (and I use that term loosely) went through all of the standard troubleshooting questions and then placed me on hold for 20 minutes so he could go "check what options we have" since my phone is obviously a brick.

He comes back after 20 minutes and tells me that, even though there is no physical damage to the device, and even though I am still within my 1 year warranty, I need to deal through the insurance company and pay the deductible because they had already replaced my device under warran...
