I'm Done With Wireless Companies!
They all suck! I'm tired of calling for free phones, only to be lied to, put on hold, and generally treated like a second class citizen. Also, I drop calls all the time, and none of them have any cool phones. I just can't believe how cruel and unfair life is! 😢
From now on, I'm using a CB radio. At least they still respect me at the truck stops.

Tour--Have to return....
Do you think since the phone is so awful sound quality and no one can hear me, that Verizon will waive the $35 restocking fee? My blackberry curve (old) sounded a million times better than this tour.

Verizons New Every Two
Hey i heard that Verizon is lying about the New Every Two program because someone my bro works with said he got 100 credit towards his Tour phone he bought recently and has bought 6-7 phones in the last year. He also said that you get the 100 Credit at the end of your 2 year contract. Do you guys really think they will permanently get rid of the 100 credit? Only cause Verizon would lose too much business from that. I mean they would bring it back if their stock increases

9630 Tour users
I just played around with the Tour, had 'enhanced audio' enabled and 'enhance handset' set to normal. And it had some of the BEST call quality I've heard...on any phone, much less a BB.
The Storm was right next to it, same settings call quality wasn't as good as the Tour.
So is this the norm for BB Tour users?
I've read posts here recently about bad call quality.

Outgoing mail server
I have used the alltel one, mail.alltel.net, one and now because of the merger it has been disabled. Neither alltel cs or verizon will help me with this, they said "they dont support email" I use cox email on my phone. i have googled help on this and nothing has worked. I am desperate. If i cant send email from my cox account then the phone is useless. By the way I have the HTC Touch Pro. PLEASE any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help with Early Upgrade and My Discount Upgrade
Yeah im debating about my upgrade because i really want the enV Touch, but the thing is if i wait til Sept 15 (My Early Upgrade Date) i would pay 100 dollars for it. I mean i have the money but when May comes around i have my 100 credit for a new phone, but im really not sure if i should get it now or wait til then. What do you guys think?

Thinking about coming back to Verizon
I'm currently with AT&T and am pretty much fed up with their abysmal coverage. I went to them for the iPhone and am wondering what everybody's ideas are on what kind of phone I should get with Verizon when I switch back. I'd like a smartphone or at least a phone that can do what the iPhone can do.

Problems with Web on Blackberry(s)
Hey all wondering if anyone else has the tremendous lag on the internet while using the Blackberry set up? I have tried the Pearl ( ya i know) the curve and the tour but it takes FOREVER to load a page etc. Doesnt help when friends have IPhones or Even the new Sprint PDA and click and go. Any suggestions? Different phone perhaps? Anyone know about Internet ont he Ozone?
