Hey guys im about to get a new phone pretty soon, i was wondering as far as texting, internet and talking on the phone goes which is a better phone, LG Dare or enV Touch? For me its a bigg toss up between the two! lol

Has anyone out there had issues with there Samsung Saga since the CE07 software update? I had a Saga with old firmware on it that worked AWESOME, upon trying to upgrade it, it bricked my phone so Verizon shipped me a replacement with the new CE07 software/firmware already on it. Since receiving the phone with the CE07 on it, I've had a ton of problems. When I say problems here is what I'm talking about

Call comes in, lights up the screen, but then phone doesn't ring (using a default ringer and have tried changing ringer) and if it does ring, the screen will be lit with the caller id info for a good 15 to 20 seconds before the ringer goes off.

I was wondering if this LTE 4G will mean that VZW will have SIM cards for all their phones? That is the main thing I like about att (but not their coverage) that I can easily switch between phones 🙂 Thanks

right now i have the LG Dare and i love it it has been the best phone ever. but i am thinking about getting new phone. i want a smart phone but unsure i what one to get. i have the Ipod touch and love all the app ( copy paste , download free games , podcast , and etc). does verizon have something like this or going to get something like this. i want to stay away from windows mobile i think its a joke. i had the Moto Q and it was the biggest crap ever. if there is nothing out i will wait but just asking people who work there if they have hear anything.

anyone know what the storm 2 will be like?

We've been seeing a lot of reports of Verizon data services being down today, possibly limited to BlackBerrys (which, ironically, are probably used in mission critical situations more than most other devices). What's the status out there in the field? Anyone see any issues?

Since the switch from Alltel was made in Tallahassee Fl. the signal has went in the dump. I am not sure what happen, but I went from a really good signal to Crap. I am always dropping calls. I have had a trouble ticket open since July 25th. Verizon engineers are still working on it. It really sucks. Even when I had Alltel the signal was not this bad. Anyone else having this type of problem? I am not bad mouthing Verizon. I really liked the service prior to this and still am happy with them. Just really hope this gets solved. I switched to Verizon from Alltel before the take over was completed.

I just received my blackberry tour and i am loving it. I have no issues with it, NO CREAKS! no Bad Track ball! No Moving back cover! I guess I got the good batch that came after the initial launch.
Well I received it through Warranty exchange because Ive been through 3 blackberry storms and requested another phone and was told this is the comparable model that I could exchange it for. Since activated I see that my contract was extended for 2 months. Is my contract supposed to be extended for a Warranty Exchange? or is this a error?

Ok, so my grandfather is taking his Nokia 6205 back (I told him he wouldn't like it). He is going to get a LG or Motorola.

He is looking at the LG Chocolate, LG VX8360,and the Motorola W755.

Yes, I am a CSR at Verizon Wireless, but I want to have a poll about which phone he should choose. He want's me to help him.

He lives in a area where there is little service, so something that picks up good service and has good call quality.

They had AT&T until Verizon bought Alltel. AT&T picked up nothing, even outside AT&T wouldn't pick up. T-Mobile and Sprint don't pick up out there as well.

You say that you don't remember me ? We did training at Alltel and you used to work for verizon in fact they fired you ! Well you keep telling me that the indirect agents insurance price was different and at the time you said insurance was $10 a month and it wassn't ! You said F-you under your breathe when i came in to alltel to get help with my phone! So Don't say you don't remember me! Because the next time you see me well I say this don't be a smart ass
