God the servey at the end of the call is the stupidest thing Ive ever been forced to do. now instead of helping the smucks out we now have to fish for complements from them at the end of the call...I fell like a dick for doing it..its like

"Well now that Ive done all I can do for you how about stroking my ego a little.....yea right there.....bring on the next call"

God its dum and yes I ment to leave off the "B"

Not our problem...

Yeah so this lady calls in to complain that her kids services are shut-off for non-pay, she states she spoke to care who put a note on her account. Congratulations, care put a useless note on your account, RM should have been the one to do it.

Oh well no one told her this, guess what you ask and we tell we don't read your mind and do it for you. The other problem is that you shouldn't be having a past due, if you were responsible, your balance would be up to date every time an invoice printed.

You can't blame us because YOU are the one that put yourself in this predicament... byotch.

New survey at end of every call.. as if we have time.
The way we will gather this information is simple. At the end of each call, you will ask your customer the following question:

Mr./Ms. Customer, My goal is to provide you an outstanding customer experience; on a scale of 1 to 10, ten being outstanding, how would you rate my service today?"

Ratings of 8 to 10 are considered excellent. Thank the customer and conclude your call. Ratings of 1 to 7 show opportunities for improvement. If call is scored below an 8, one additional question will need to be asked:

Thank you for your feedback, it sounds like I could improve my service to you. May I ask you if you have any specific suggestions so I may better serve you and my other c...

Ugly phone?????

Had a woman call in.....she had been denied a WEX(warrenty xchange) because she had insurance....She turned down the lockline phone because she had to pay the deductable...called back in to see if we could get her a phone because she didnt want the same phone because it was ugly....She wanted quote "a pretty flip phone". I explained to the cus that where she had insurance she had to go through it to get the replacement phone. She whined a little...no alot and then hung up after getting the insurance number from me

No notes = Lying customers or bad reps?

Well, this one is a little hard to determine, as I'm sure we've all had our fair share where no notations on an account can lead to many headaches.

However, I am becoming more convinced that our customers are a bunch of greedy, lying, selfish group of people from the experiences I've had. Here's one example I've had recently.

Lady calls in just to check the status of 2 of her 4 lines. Wants to make sure they cannot make or receive calls. I inform her that, yes, those lines are susspended.

Lady: "What? Susspended? Since when? I never requested this 'susspension'".

I then tell her that yes, she request it. Notations show she did. She then tells me that all she wanted was to make sure those phones couldn't make or receive calls as a...
