that person has never worked an honest day in their life and most likely has the logic(or lack thereof),work ethic(none), and brains(???) of PARIS HILTON...and sadly probably is paid as much in salary and bonusses as our "*talented Ms Hilton*"

honestly, it is REVERSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, that person is succeedeing in corporate sabotage, and sinking your revenues and customer base by manipulation of underpaid CSRs, it has to stop

The site that I work at allows us to view this page but we can't post. Today, for now at least, the firewall is down so we have access to the whole internet! 😈

Burning out while my cares fade away....

Does anyone else experience the depressed state of being fed up with this job and just not caring anymore?I mean,when I first started this job I was all gung ho,"gonna do all my shifts and overtime and be a great CSR!!" and for the first little while,I did all that.Then,boom,Cingular Merger,which made 70% of my training useless,AND they took our overtime options away."Oh well,"I state"I'll still do a great job,I can learn,I can handle it"....boy,was I wrong.Nobody tells anyone anything around here,and when they DO tell someone something,its either twisted,wrong,bullshit,or all the above.Reps lie to custs,I get to clean up THEIR mess like its MY fault(and the custs usally make it a point to remind me of this)and get bitched at all day while I...

Customer calls for account number, I give and ask for reason why, he gets angry at me and hangs up.

MY THOUGHTS - You know, suck it customer I am doing my job, next time I will just inconvenience you by taking my sweat time giving that info while I go over the options for migrating you to Cingular. You have all pissed me off and now I return the favor.

Next call is from a customer who had past due charges on her account, guess what, thats right, a note from a rep telling customer the account balance and she is stating she had no previous knowledge about these charges.

Absolute Paranoia

Reason #582 to quit. Management is being hardcore bean counters now when it comes to their precious production minutes. If you are late by ONE minute, you must report it. If you are being maliciously evil and "extend" your break by one minute, you must report it. In addition, you can't log off 5 minutes early now before the end of your shift anymore.

Add in the fact that it's UNBEARABLY warm in here today and you have a recipe for leaving this place. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but some day.

UPDATE ON THE QUITTER

😁 Hey all i was asked to give a story or re-run on the day i quit for entertainment purposes.

Basically the firing went like this

I took my last* Call and had opened, thank you for calling cingular, the charges are valid, how may i assist you today and basically credited back someone one dollar on a 200.00 roaming bill. I get off the call to be buzzed right away by my MO, not TL, MO.
I go into his office andit basically goes like this

MO-"Um, i though i had explained earlier that any further enfractions within the next 90 days would result in your termination."

HPJ-"Oh, i thought you ment within the next 90 minutes. Now i undertand."

The MO has a blanmk look on his face

MO-"Um, usually your suppose to read somet...

To those who don't follow P&P on upgrades, I have this to say...

Or please, just quit. Those who don't follow P&P cause way more headaches for those that do and acctually make those of us look bad. You're not above the Cingular system. I hate my job, but I do it with a smile on my face and I follow the "P words" đŸ˜ŗ to the letter no matter what other people say. Don't break policy just cause you feel you have the power to.

Basically, if you don't qualify for an upgrade under any cing P&P, you're not getting one (at least not from me). Listen to this (it's a little long):

50-year man calls in asking for a phone that can better suit his needs. Cing.com tells him he cannot upgrade. He tells me that can't be the final word and wanted to speak someone. Ok, I'll be more than happy to hel...

Overly friendly reps

Does anyone have OVERLY friendly reps at thier centres? I have this lady who sits behind me, everything she says to the customer sounds like she is speaking to five year olds. Thing Ned Flanders from Simpsons, only worse.

"I am TERRBILLY sorry but my system didn't give me your ten digit wireless number, would it be possiable if you would be able to give it to me again so that I may access your very valuable account with us today"

"I am sorry this merger of our two amazing wireless phone companies has been a inconvience for you but if you would pleae bear with us we are working day and night to make your experiecne as a valued customer a more sastifying and rewarding choice"

things people do

all i ever read on here is bi%$#ing and complaining, i do it too, but why can't we have some good current events? like what about summer? what vacations are you people planning? why does stink weed stink? something stupid but happy, something that doesn't bring us down more! we need to keep our tired minds off all the cr@p that has been happening lately! celebrate the summer with swimming and rollerblading, walks in the park and all the things that we all haven't been talking about. if you think about it, this theory might just work, happy= more happy, wallowing in our own filth and ****= unhappy, common break a smile and make someones day worthwhile, at least untill we can get another job n e way 😁

Are there any calls in queue? it takes 10-15 mins for a call to come through---not that I'm complaining-it's great for a monday morning, but really getting hard to stay awake 😉

ok, sorry i dunt get to come on and chat but im back in gsm training 🤭 and they have limited my ability to gain access to the computers (damn new hire training *aarrrgg*)but after my 6 weeks of outsmarting my trainer when they sacrafice me to the rabid wolves known as cing-u-lair subscribers , we will chat so take care for now 😉

stupid people in the schedule dept

I don't really look at my schedule utill the week I need it for..but I had to look into the future for this one....my shedule for the this week next week and the week after......worked Sunday,monday,tuesday off wensday worked thursday and today.....off the weekend(yay) work monday OFF tuesday then on straight through till Sunday...off monday then 4 days till saturday

Cingular you suck...

I am sick of trying to avoid transfer, I CAN'T AVOID THEM!!! I am being forced to offer to transfer and give them the number to call back at their leisure BUT they keep wanting to be transfered. I give up, I am never going to make PAR ever again.

Cingular, go suck on a bag of dicks while pirates are chasing you skiing downhill on planks of wood and trying to have sex with your ass.

Seriously going to switch companies here, employment WISE.
