Customers trying to make deals
For example, this lady calls me to ask about the new plans, and we're discussing a 29.99 plan. She's trying to get me to up the minutes, because somebody else (T-Mobile or Verizon, I think) offers 1000 minutes for 29.99, or so she claims. She asks me what I can offer her to beat that, and I again reiterate what we have. Then she starts to go off on me. WHY??? I told you what we got, you know what the other guy has, if the other guy is so good then why are you still...

Tell TSD reps. to stop being so rude too, man, I make a simple comment that customer's phone isn't working after waiting 5 secs. for him to return. The call goes through as I am waiting. SORRY, gee, holy cow man.

Interesting e-mail with regards to rate plans and contracts on Blue
Well the e-mail that we received today that states the contract is a "service agreement" in the legal definition providing month to month billable airtime service.It said that that by renewing the contract DOES NOT GUARENTEE keeping the plan they are on for 2 years, just they have to stay on service for 2 years, since the renewal is for discounted equipment or or anything non promotional related"

Not able to receive coverage
Well, three days in to new service and new plan w/ new nokia 3120 my coverage is horrible
Now I spent 7 total hours w/ CSR yest. only to find out the only solution is stay with new service that might get better or reverse migrate to old blue plan until contract is up
my old phone was a nokia 5165 that had coverage in areas that I no have Nada

She blames me for not assiting her even after I advised her we can correct the issue by migrating her to Cingular.

I give, Cingular, apparently, is to blame here because they are in charge and even though it's not their system, they never created it, they are to blame and I am also to blame for not helping her when I couldn't.
