ATTENTION ALL NEXT GENERATION CHARTER PLAN HOLERS

ANY BODY THAT HAS THE NEXT GENERATION CHARTER PLAN 99.99 WHICH IS UMLIMITED MINUTES WILL NO LONGER HAVE THOSE UNLIMITED MINUTES WHEN YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRE.ALL BECAUSE OFF THE MERGER BUT NO WORRIES, THERE IS A LOOP HOLE. WHAT YOU CAN DO IS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTENDED YOUR CONTRACT FOR ONE OR TWO YEARS BEFORE YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRE. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR RATE PLAN.

Can any Blue CS managers assist?

When I signed up for my ATTWS plan, I was offered 60 additional anytmime minutes for life from the rep on my second and third lines. When I got my bill and view my minutes online, I see that the 60 additional minutes are in fact not for life but for 1 month. How can this be resolved?

Contracts anyone?

Good lord. Does anyone even bother reading their contracts... or their phones' warranties?

I've got sooo many people escalating because they "hold AT&T Wireless... or Cingular, whatever you're calling yourselves these days, responsible. YOU sold me a bad phone, so you should warranty it out". Well hello. Take a moment to read your contract, and terms of service, and warranty... then get back to me about the warranty on your defective phone. Grrrrr πŸ‘Ώ πŸ‘Ώ

Has Any body had a cring customer? I just had a custoer thaty was cring over mobile to mobile. He has a local plan for 19.99 and wants mobile2mobile. I told him that he has to go to a higher rate plan. he said he wants to stay on the 19.99 plan. This personal sounded like he was in his 40s or 50s and he insisted to ger mobile 2 mobile. it got to the point that he wanted to esc to rez. I told hime that he will be advised of the same information but he insisted to esc to rez. rez was laughing about.
I just can't believe that this personal is a cry baby and a cheap!

ATTWS Reps

I hope none of you are doing this but... I have been getting alot of calls from Migrated customers stating an ATTWS rep promised them we will waive the $18 Migration/Upgrade fee... This is false! Cingular does not waive these fees as they are standard fee... Under NO circumstances will we waive this fees... There are absolutely no exceptions.

Those were the days....

Whatever happened to the days when people just wanted a phone that worked & service that was exceptional? I miss the good ole days when i used to have questions about my bill (just needing a fee explained) & the rep would be more than willing to help me. I miss the days that i could call in & get help working my phone. I miss the days that i could go into a store & buy exactly what was needed.

I just received my most recent bill & had a question about an e-wallet charge. The rep immediately said, without letting me explain why i was questioning it, "All fees are administrated at the time of invoice & will not be credited". My response was "I just need to know what it was for & will it be a recurring fee." The rep proceeded to tell me that...

Aaaahhhhh

Time for more funny stoopid customer stories....

This one call I had, customer calls in hopping mad because he is on an AWS nat pln & he has roaming. He wants credit, & he wants it now. With a quick look @ the bill you can quickly tell - it's cause he went everywhere from Toronto, Ontario to Prince George, BC. Trying very hard not to snicker, I tell him , sir the only reason that you obtained these romaing charges are due to the fact that you went out of your HCA. Customer has a fit. (of course) Advised him that he did go out of the country as he went to canada. Cust insists that Canada is a part of the states, argues this point with me for about a half an hour, at the end of the call he still does not believe me, even though ...

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS OF EVERY WIRELESS CARRIER

HEAR ME NOW AND BELIEVE ME LATER...

FREE PHONES ARE GONE AND THEY ARE NEVER COMING BACK...ALMOST EVERY PHONE NOW HAS A COLOR SCREEN AND THEY COST THE CARRIERS TO MUCH MONEY TO GIVE AWAY. IF YOU GET A PHONE FOR LESS THAN $100 YOU ARE VERY LUCKY MINE COST $400. AND CONTRARY TO POPULAR OPINION IT DONT MATTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 10 YRS OR 1 YR OR IF YOU SPEND $20 A MONTH OR $300. I HAVE HAD PLATINUM CABLE FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND PAY $100 A MONTH AND THEY HAVE NEVER GIVEN ME A FREE TV...REMEMBER THIS WHEN YOU CALL US...

THANK YOU,

YOUR FRIENDLY CARE REP

I'm still here.....

😁

Hey everyone, thought I'd drop a line to the masses in Wireless land.

I've been away from the whole callcenter/wireless thing since October after I went damn near insane with all of the stresses of the job.

I'm still the equivalent of insane...but that's another story all together.....

Anywho, thought I'd say, HI!

Roaming charges...

I just had a lady call in and say that she has always been on a national plan and never has roaming, i verified she started service with us in april of 2003 and has been on the same 29.99 lcl plan since then. She kept insisting that she has travelled to this area before and never had the roaming charges. I asked her when she last travelled there and she said 2000. Three years before she signed up with ATTWS, HELLO??????? Ths is why we get frustrated as customer care reps, and she wanted to escalate, there is nothing to escalate about, i told her that and i credited the roaming charges as a one time courtesy, it was like 6.00 in total, but come on, get with the program.

If you live in the area, please show your support by showing up, giving out these fliers, and stopping these people.

What scares me the most..., is the last 3 lines of this flyer.... that they have succeeded in stopping many towers....

I think its time, we stop them!!!!

If you live or drive anywhere near Rockland County...

It’s not just about this tower, but if Cingular/AT&T loses, they might just give up on this whole area, (since I am sure they have spent a lot of money on this.... as is...)

I do not live in this area, but I have visited in the past, and this area really needs this tower, (plus many more area's in Rockland County) so let us make this a win for Cingular/AT&T, and for us "The Wireless Consumer"

Show up if you can, and show your support for "Cingular/AT&T" (which is finally getting it right!!)
