Has anyone been in contact w/ either the Blue or Orange Tiger team yet?

Does CSP sucks? because for me it does. I rather use ccnet because it is well organized. CSP all the information thrown in one place.I think we should train orange team members in ccnet. Another issue that sucks is that cingular is based by market that is a huge inconvenience for customers I had customers upset because they cna not go to orange because their phone and sim card is from a different market.

Cingular should get rid off the lg series all together. They are the worst phone ever. Every other call that I GET IS AN lG ISSUE. IT IS SO BAD THAT TECH HAS AN ISSUE LOG FOR THE PHONE WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT IT HAS. Cingular should just get rid of the brand, and give a chance to other brands that we don't carry.

I hope cingular gets the v635. I might be expensive like the v 600 was when it came out but, It would be worth it. 😁.

I have the AT&T V505 and where I live the service is horrible with AT&T, but is great with Cingular. Ever since I have had this phone I can not get it to switch back and forth hardly at all. I had the Samsung E316 & I could get it to switch to Cingulars towers no problem. DOES ANYBODY have any suggestions!!

Question...a customer recently migrated to Cingular...I want to say 2 weeks ago and ever since then they cannot recieve any incoming calls we at Cingular call ATT care..to find out by any chance if the line is still active in their billing system...(wow) it is....we at Cingular tell you that the line is migrated and has been migrated for the past 2 weeks why are you not canceling the line for the customer...is there some type of policy or restrictions we are a team...can we work together and not be sent to a department that doesn't have anything to do with Migrations at all.......please give me some insight...


Now I have had some reps assist me in this as far as canceling it for me but..others tell me they can not do that...it just take...

Ok, so members of this board have told me in the past that eventually Cingular will have some better priced plans that would make the migration from ATTWS worth it. (right now I'd lose about half of my minutes)

Well, with the new "merger" between Nextel and Sprint PCS, wireless analysts are saying different. These 3 major players will take advantage of this situation to charge what they really want to charge. So I wouldn't expect any Cingular plans with 1000 rollover, unl n&w, unl m2m for $39.99 any time soon as previoulsy speculated...

I've got a question about this because its happened twice, and I keep getting transfered from one dept to the next. A customer wants to cancel their migration for whatever reason (changed their mind, found a better price, etc) and tries to migrate online for the free phones. However their previous migration is still in process, even though the phone was never sent out, or the customer refused shipment and we got it back. How do you cancel out the migration so they can do it again online? Somebody help me, i've been on hold for 45 minutes 😕

sigh....dontcha just love people who call in to argue over less then 20 bucks....then when we cant help em, they threaten to cancel....we advise of etf....and they say they aint gonna pay and take us to court over it? am i nuts or arent lawyer fees like more then 20 bucks? ... 🙄
