Best Buy gone, now who

Well, now with Best Buy including a $150 upcharge for existing customers to purchase phones, are there any national retailers still selling AWS phones to existing customers without insane charges? Shall we make a list?

Circuit City:
* T-Mobile ($150 upcharge)
* VZW ($150 upcharge)

Best Buy:
* AWS ($150 upcharge)
* Cingular ($150 upcharge)
* Sprint PCS (no upcharge)

CompUSA:
* AWS ($150 upcharge)
* T-Mobile ($150 upcharge)
* Sprint PCS (no charge)
* NexTel (dunno)

Sams Club:
* No phones sold w/out contract period.

Costco:
* Sprint PCS (no charge)

Basically, is there any way to get a reasonably priced unit (no contract extension, no upcharge, NOT expecting a free/dirt cheap phone)? Just a resonably priced unit, s...

t and cs

im noticing something often, people nowadays agree to contracts without reading what the terms of the service include , when you agree to enter a service agreement with a co. you should be well aware of what you enter in to. in the terms you agree that you are legally competant to enter such an agreement, if you think your agreement 6 months or whatever down the line is unfair, then i would contact customer care and see if you can fax in documentation that supports that you were legally incompetant to enter such agreement at that point in time.Otherwise if you are competant, please review your t and cs for your appropriate service in the link below to get a better understanding of the terms and conditions you have agreed to.

AWS reps and PCO's

Or PCR's. Or whatever they are called now. Was just informed by my Supervisor that from now on if you do not meet a quota, 2 per day, of PCO's then that will result in disciplinary action. AKA: Fired 😈 I mean wtf kinda bs is that!?!?!?! We are not sales reps. Sure if i see something that will benefit a cust i will offer it but if I have someone yelling at me im not going to go "Gee would you like 1 month free service for a new 1 yr contract" They will just laugh and hang up cause im not listening to what they are actually saying. Im just wondering if this is just my center, 3rd party, or is it everyone?? FYI: All the people on my team with low sales have the highest quality and visca versa. So what would you rather have if you were ...

Porting out of AT&T

My current one year plan (which is a two phone shared plan) is up in July '04 with AT&T. If I wanted to port my numbers to Verizon right now...could I? What costs would I have to pay? Would I have to pay the $175 cancelation fee? Thanks

AWS still doesn't want to help

Poor defeat... Shame on AWS, they are trained to be stupid.
Defeat, please escalate the call to technical support, or any sup. They have to unlock your sim card. U still have the code? If not, here it goes again>
AWS7/97553-00730/2
They have to do that. It's a billing account issue, they are the the ones who deal with that.
