I just switched to Cingular GSM and got the Nokia 6102i. The earpiece volume is sooo low!! Does cingular have a phone in their lineup that has solid, loud earpiece speakers?? Help.......

i just got my phone the zx20 buy singing up for a new 2 year deal. i looked on line called up sales for renewal and they had both phones zx10 and 20. i told them zx10 got the 20 sent for zx10 price wow. just to double check my deal i looked on web and zx10 now free with 2 year deal and zx20 99.99 after rebate and 2 year deal. i called up as new customer and they do not have it on there pages to sell over the phone. and one guy said he been there 2 years working and never heard of either phone somethings up but i do not know what and he told me to call the number for web orders. this is strange had my phone less then a week and when i orded they new about both phones and it was on there computer to sell. what up with that last i always ca...

Just yesterday my store got three of these in, and the street date is listed for tomorrow. I work at Best Buy and the corp. store in my town says they aren't even listed for release yet. So if you want one of these Best Buy has them scheduled out tomorrow 😁

Does the cingular V3i have the speaker independent voice dialing or did cingular disable this feature?

It was working fine last night, I did drop it, but it was fine immediately after... I wake up this morning and it's demanding that I "Insert SIM".

It's a Samsung D407.

So I ordered my first unlocked/unbranded phone just now, and since im switching from VZW to Cingular, whats the best way to get a SIM card?

A friend of mine recommended signing up for a cheap freebie phone at cingular, then just switching the SIM card out. This way Im not paying for the SIM card, plus I have a free phone (most likely to give away).

Any thoughts on this? Pluses? Minuses? Any other ideas/thoughts?

With Auction 66 basically over, who do you think were the winners and losers? Who do you think over paid or got the best deal? Who is going to benefit from the spectrum they won the most?

That doesn't mean just because TMO acquired allot of spectrum they were the winner nor does it mean Spectrumco spent allot of money they are the winner. Who got the most bang for their buck? I have my opion but lets see what other in the industry think.

I will be posting this in other company forums. That way the trolls can give us their rediculous takes multiple times.

would you pay Cingular, $300.00 for the V3i when you could have bought it on eBay like I did a long time ago for $200.00 and not to mention that they told me the retail price with no contract is $600.00 😳 what the hell makes the phone worth more from Cingular than from MOTO?

Should I upgrade my phone with Cingular?

Would I get a better discount if I wait for my contract to end (i.e. new customer discount)?

Also, is it better to get a new phone through a store or Cingular.com?

i need a replacement phone and the nokia 6030 looks really nice to me if i can use it.

I bought my current black V3 in December of 2005. I plan on doing a warranty exchange on it in November. By that time, if the v3 is discontinued, would they provide me with a v3i? What if the black V3 is discontinued, will the simply give me another color of the v3, or will they most likely send me the V3i?

Are there any plans to discontinue the V3 anytime soon?

I AM LOVING THIS PHONE! Alright so my first one sucked. Out of the box the phone wouldn't last overnight without going dead. The replacement lasts a full day of heavy usage including MP3's, Cingular Video, and web surfing!

The camera rocks, the MP3 player was a bitch to get working right due to the inability to play .aac files from itunes, but a free converter download did the trick. I honestly can't find a single thing that I don't like about the phone now that I have all the features working properl...
