Help with a 6010...
I have a 6010 that is displaying a message that says "Allow SIM card to send message"
The phone gives me the options to either send or cancel. When I do either, the message will pop up in about 2 minutes. It doesn't say what the message is, or who it is sending to. Tech support has never heard of this. I am on hold with Nokia, but the wait time is like 20 minutes.
If anyone has seen this or can help me I would appreciate it!

With all honesty I respect the TECH dept. but really WHY did i have a TECH rep, transfer a call to the RETENTION CENTER??? for voicemail issues?? all i could do was laugh, but really with the limited access that we have to the systems. . . I told him what he needed to do. Really I could give a sh** less about an invalid transfer list, its ur job to handle mistakes by CSR's

A fat lady clip-clopped into my store yesterday (apologies to Al Bundy). She was wearing a light pink, layered mumu, and a dark pink mini skirt.
