and I am only on the Nation 450 plan. I keep getting dropped calls so I never get to actually use my minutes. I guess rollover is kinda pointless in my case...lol. Would you like my rollover minutes? I'll give them to you for free.

hey guys. i'm with alltel/verizon now, i was the market that got bought by verizon. i was out of contract with alltel then i resigned to get the htc touch diamond with verizon, i still have 30 days to back out, i only had this phone for a week now. i been experiencing bad call quality and static, sometimes the other person cant hear me. i was on the phone for hours with verizon and they cant seem to fix it or one said its cause the merger. well i'm in real estate and this is my only phone line. i'm thinking of switching to at&t, i saw there maps and we are fully covered and 3g too. my friends and coworkers have at&t and they love it (dallas, tx area). im with the verizon friends and family plan 10 people, but since most of my friends are at&...

I have at&t for over a month now, I currently have the iPhone 3GS. Everyone on here seems to be hating on at&t and saying drop calls.. blah blah, etc etc.. I havent experience that yet, and its been over a month. I have traveled to dallas,tx, kansas, ms, lincoln and omaha, nebraska, and arizona. I had good signal all the way, sometimes it went back to EDGE, but still full bars. I made a call back home to london on a calling card, talked for about 2 hours, didnt even drop a call or anything, it stayted connected. and yesterday i called my gf and we talked for an hour no problems. I get 3G everywhere I went too, but it did go to EDGE.

I thought AT&T isn't a member of the OHA. Doesn't a carrier have to be a member of the OHA to carry open source handsets, such as Android. Eventually Symbian will be open source also. Nokia is busy opening up it's code.

I got the memo that visual voicemail for the Bold was supposed to be good to go July 21. I have looked thru POS2 everyday and can't find it. It is supposed to be a feature to add in the BB tab. Anyone have any info?

So my buddy calls AT&T wireless yesterday to activate his Iphone and as the rep is in process of activating the phone he tells my friend that the whole 3G network was down. Way to go AT&T wireless

I've been thinking, as much as the people (not all of course, but a few) in this forum, and the verizon forum say that if you have at&t you will drop calls, I don't seem to drop that many. In fact, I drop so few calls, I don't even keep track. So I figured that MAYBE this dropped call thing isn't as bad as most people say. But that would mean that somebody isn't telling the truth on a forum, and that's unheard of. So that's how I came to the realization that I am just at&t's favorite customer. No doubt about it. I mean, sure they have close to 80 million other customers, who I'm sure if they dropped calls all the time wouldn't stay with the company, but, I am certain I must be their favorite.

hi guys, I am a new sales consultant for At&T Corp store. I start training in Sept. I have 3 years of exp working for VZW direct, so I am def excited.

Couple questions ,

What is At&T requirement to transfer stores, down the road? I may want to relocate. Verizon I had to be in same position for 9 months. Just curious?

Does At&T as a company have a yearly bonus based off of how well the company does. With Verizon we had a yearly bonus every Feb 28 on top of commissions etc?

What is training like? I have training for a week but it is 3 - 3.5 hours away from where I will be working.

I am sure I can ask my hiring manager these questions, but just got all paperwork today so curious 🙂

We have a family plan with 6 lines,unlimited text. One of my kids is eligible for an upgrade. She wants a phone with a full key board-that's fine with me but I don't want a phone that requires a data plan or allows her access to the web. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank god I have Rollover with AT&T, because this past month was so crazy that even I was shocked when I realized I had gone over for so many minutes. I still have 170+ minutes left. I'm never leaving AT&T!

I run an AT&T group on facebook and they all wanna know, so I am asking here since AT&T's website says nothing about it other than "it's coming later this summer!!!" Well it is now August and no word from America's most unreliable corporation about their stinkin' services for the whiny iPhone users who now regret getting one.

So I like att...but I hate having to go in and get molested as soon as I walk in the door...asking for my name and phone number....I swear it feels like calling into customer service and giving name number and last four of my social. This is worse than car salesmen. Can a customer not browse any more?

I have not been seriously considering getting a new phone with AT&T, mostly because I just got my last upgrade within the year. Just out of curiosity I dialed *639# to check when I would be eligible for upgrade and got the above text msg. I just upgraded my phone in October of 2008 so its only been about 9 months.

Why would I already be eligible when I renewed my agreement for 2 years only 9 months ago. Is there a mistake, or does AT&T really allow you to upgrade earlier then a full year into contract?

I am considering getting an iphone. Have had Verizon for years and very happy with the reliability of the network. Can use phone anywhere I've been in Orlando and other places.
But I have the itch for an iphone. Can anyone advise me about ATT coverage in the Orlando area. Have looked at coverage map but would like to hear personal experience.
Have read complaints about dropped calls on ATT on this forum and elsewhere.

If you have a blackberry and you're having issues with your trackball, even if you're out of warranty you can take it to a device support center and they will replace the trackball for free? The only downside is....device support centers aren't as common as an at&t COR store. If you have any questions about it you can contact customer care, or ask me, I should be able to answer within a couple days.
