what happens when you suspend an account?

do you still pay the monthly bill? how does it work when you call and have them suspend incoming/outgoing calls?

Please educate me.

Why does my cingular phones cause so much interference with other devices (tv, radio, pc, etc.)while I'm on a call? I am f-ing sick of it! I thought this would have been improved with the merger. Is that just a gsm issue? My current Verizon service nor former sprint service has never done this.

Customer Care Reps...WHY???

Just out of sheer curiosity. Why do customer care reps always tell customers to go in a store for a "free" upgrade? They come in looking for it and I mention the upgrade fee and they say oh I was never told about that. Not to mention stores do not have free phones for June. At least not in my market. So please,please don't send them here for a free phone.

I have an upgrade question, any suggestions?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could answer my ? My contract has been up since december and I really wanted to get the s710a, but it was out of my price range, now its a little more doable so Id like to get it. What I was wondering is, should i do the upgrade in a store or online? And is there only a 450 min plan or a 900 min plan now, nothing in between?

Im a little confused because when you go to upgrade on line they let you pick the phone and all but it just says "keep my plan" I was hoping to get the 49.99 plan which only shows up if I do "change my plan."

Anyway, i guess that was sort of unclear. But basically, store or online? And is there no "middle of the road" plan anymore.

want a multimedia phone either the p777 or s710a?

I want a multimedia phone an all i care bout is camera quality an signal strength. I like the s710a becaz of the swivel design but i like the p777 becaz its small and its slide function.
CAn anyone help me with this decision making an if u have eitehr of these phones tell me how there holding up.

Cingular Premier website...HELP lol

i am on a national business account and i want to know if there is a way to enter the cingular premier website w/o having to awlays have cingular email your work email the link to it? because i like to browse on it and maybe shop but it looks like its only available for new activations and stuff and you can only access the site by entering your work email for the link to be sent to you

I just had a customer bring his p207 (show-off!!). It is really nice. I would almost ditch my new 635 for it. Anyway, does anyone know when it will be avaliable outside of on-line?? They have had it exclusive for almost a month now.

Help Please

Does anyone know how to clone a sim card for Cingular? or will Cingular do it for me. I have two phones not two lines and I switch the sim out depending on what phone I want to use, I have a Nokia 6230 that I use for work but on the weekends I out on the town I use a SonyEricsson s710a. But I have haveing to switch the sim out, I want to copy the my sim and not have to switch them, can this be done? 😕

UNLOCK CODE

My nephew needs an unlock code while he is deployed in Iraq. He just arrived a few days ago and will be moving into Camp Taji in a day or so.

Is this code unique to his model or serial number phone or is it general for all of Cingular or AT&T? I still need to learn the model# and who he is billed through (AT&T or Cingular). He has a quad phone.

Cingular has some bizzar requirement that a subscriber would need to have been signed up for three months on world connect prior to receiving such a code. Hopefully my nephew had done so but I can certainly understand that he did not considering he is the company commander of his national guard infantry unit, he was just married and his wife is having a baby. If Cingular does not make this ...

GSM Coverage in Alaska

I will be taking a cruise in the Summer to Alaska and want to know what kind of coverage is available at the following ports:

Juneau

Skagway

Ketchikan

I am not too concern about coverage outside of these areas. Just want to be able to check my voicemail and make a few calls when the ship get to these ports.

I'm on the Nation GSM plan. So, no roaming and LD, correct?

I did not know that if I broke it I would have to pay for it!!!

I had a custoemr today uttter this phrase. I broke it but i did not know I ahd to pay foor it. I think this woman should be forced to wear a bike helmet while walking across the street. This woman must have slipped and fell before she called cingular customer service.

Phone Won't Charge For A Month

Is it a full-moon today? Cust calls and says her phone won't charge and hasn't charged for over a month. So I ask her if she has her phone. "Oh, we're talking on it now!"

So, this phone get used every day and won't take a charge. For a month. Must have one of those nuke-cells that were in the news last week.

I didn't want to ask her if her backlight worked, "Oh, it glows green all the time."

Right.

I work for Radio Shack. I use Telegence, can I add people to account so they can be authorized to make changes. Had a couple in and it was in his name and he wanted to add her to account so she can make changes.
