I just came out of new priceplan training and can safely conclude that our I mean CINGULARS marketing dept. must have a serious crack habit they have to support in order to come out with the Family Talk plans they've come out with! Instead of trying to be like VZW why don't you do your own damn thing!? 1000 customers with a $9.99 is more profitable than 10 with a $14.99 add a line. This company truly sucks!!!

I guess she didnt know what she doing, she told me to email ERP!!!

I was just wondering hows the reception on the samsung p777 because im thinking about buying this mulitmedia phone.

I was looking at the plan terms for Go-phone and I was looking at the mobile to mobile description and it says :Mobile to Mobile: Mobile to Mobile minutes may be used for calls to or from any Cingular subscriber when within your calling area. Mobile to Mobile minutes may not be used for interconnection to other networks. These minutes do not carry over." Does that mean that I have to be in my area (NYC) for the free mobile to mobile to work? anybody have any idea? Also, how well established is 1900 gsm in NYC? I was looking into a unlocked phone that doesnt have 850 gsm. Thanks for any info.

I think this can summarize what information has been posted over the last few days.

When attempting to download a game on your handset you will be taken to a screen with the software version of the game, the size in KB and the option to proceed to download. At this point you can cancel the download if you are not willing to pay the price based on your rate plan.

When purchasing online you will be sent a text message with the same information and the option to download.

As is stated on Cingular.com, you will be charged for the game once downloaded, regardless of whether or not you delete the game or choose not to save it.

Either way, this information IS disclosed to the customer, if you actually have a Cingular phone.
