I know you guys have seen this before...but just want to ask since things have changed...

I have 2 lines of service with both of them having a business discount. I have had the 1st line 1 year. My total bill for that line is approximately $130 a month. The 2nd line is a wireless connect card that is 60 a month.

My blackberry (line #1) is totally screwed. I've used it everyday for 12 hours a day for the entire year. The line is on a 2 year contract... if I need to upgrade today..what kind of discount will I get?

From my understanding, only people who are out of contract, or within 3 months of contract end will be eligible to upgrade to iPhone 3G. Is this true? If any rep. knows please clarify.

I just picked up an iPhone and they said the FAN discount would continue. However, it does not show up online as a discount is being applied. Prior it usually displayed the "originally" and "monthly cost" to show the discount.

Will this show up on the next billing cycle or do I need to talk to the people at the AT&T store?

I have been told by VARIOUS reputable sources here, on other forums, by 2 --count 'em-- 2 tech specialists for AT&T, and a rep in their regional Office of The President --that the reason for the EXTREMELY bad service I've been dealing with for quite some time now, is due to the roaming agreements w/T-Mobile being closed in my area (coastal OC, CA) (the AT&T people even went so far as to say that due to this, they are letting people out of their contracts penalty-free).

So someone please tell me why 2 different employees --including the asst. manager (obviously pronounced "assed", btw) at my local AT&T store not ONLY had no idea what I was talking about, but did the "regulation" thing of blaming it on my phone, ...

Have you guys noticed this? There's one 'voice' 3G network and a 'data' 3G network. What's this? I thought we only had one 3G network.
Also, the voice network shows to be smaller (a lot smaller) than the data one.

hi i was wondering if anyone can help me. i just got a pantech duo and setup my email so it goes directly to my phone. it only worked for about a week does anyone know a troubleshooting method i could use to get it to work again?

Is it just me? or has things gone down hill a bit since the change over. When I have a problem I now have to call and talk to someone that is an idiot and hang up on them and call back again, I might have to do this three or four time now before I can talk to someone who now what they are doing. Another thing is for the second time they have said FREE WiFi for iphone users and then said oh no we made a mistake. And its not just that, they said any customer who bought an iphone before July 11th would get the 199 price and again that was not true either. I bought on six months ago from AT&T, it got stolen or I lost, so I had it taken off the account back in May, just went back to my old KRZR, so I go to buy the new iphone and I am told $399 I ...

Alright, first of all, I'm not sure the title of this thread is very apt, moving on.

I was wondering if anyone has heard any information regarding AT&T releasing a router that outputs 3G signals that allow 3G phones to see that router as a cellular tower, and then use the internet to route calls (ala VOIP)? I've heard that Sprint was releasing such a device at some point, and they would charge $15/month for the device. This would allow those people who have a bad wireless/3G signal at their home, to enjoy full bars of service, as the router would transmit their call over the internet (similar to VOIP) and hand it over to AT&T to route the call to its destination.

Does this make any sense? Anyone heard of such a thing? With such cru...
