My store's sales are pacing half the gross profit it usually hits. Everyone that comes in is looking for the Iphone. My approach to this is to make sure they actually know what they want their phone to do and see if another phone such as a Blackberry suits them better. My question is what approach are the rest of you guys taking? I'm right outside of L.A. and it's that much tougher to keep the public from falling for the current trend. Anything would help, thanks in advance.

I am using yahoo push ( with some ofm y gmail accts forwarded to it, but not getting true push, with some lag time 10-20 mins,anyone experiencing this ? any ways to fix it ? or is it thenew 2.0 software issue ?

I've been told about the blackjackII in pink and blue is it being promoted in stores?

My friend wants to possibly switch to ATT ....if she went with a family plan with 3 line total and 1400 minutes it looks as if it would be 119.99. Does that include texting? and if not how much would it be to add unlimited texting to all three lines. Is the unlimited texting unlimited to anyone on any network? Thank you for your assistance.

As there doesn't seem to be any iphones at the stores, what is the difference between direct fulfillment and waiting? It seems the store people are recommending waiting instead of puting an order in. Am I missing something?

Thoose of you on the fence and really NEED a PHONE first a gdget second should rethink ATT. forget the 30 day trial and use a pre paid for a couple months,

IF phonce calls are secondary and ou have a 550 plan and always have 2000 in the bank on a shared plan and are more into the gadgets.....try another Carrier until ATT fixes the reliability issues where you live work and play..

What AT&T is doing about people who open an account to get iphone, sell it on Ebay for a killing then close their account and pay ETF?
