Problem with Voice mail....

Is anyone else having this issue...i find it hard to believe thats its just with me 🙂

When ever people try and call me and it goes to my voice mail they either get a busy signal (this is after it rings 4 or 5 times first) or a recording that the number is not in service at this time....

It doesn't happen all the time(maybe 2 out of 4 tries) but its gettign very frustrating. T-Mobile tells me there is no other complaints about this. I have 3 phones with them for my family and all 3 do this sporatic and randomly.

This just started ahppening since the new voice mail upgrade...

Anyone else?

Updated coverage map on Tmo web site

Did anyone notice the updated coverage map on the Tmo site? I had to look closely, from the national view it looks very similar to the last one, but it now includes Tmobile roaming areas and breaks out 850 mhz coverage areas.

Bellevue's T-Mobile uses celebrity buzz to market its Sidekick

T-Mobile uses celebrity buzz to market its Sidekick

By Tricia Duryee

Seattle Times technology reporter

When Seattle Sonics guard Ray Allen wanted a limited edition Sidekick, he did what any respectable All-Star would do — he used his clout to get the mobile phone sent here from one of the five cities where it is being sold.

Why would someone go through the trouble?

If you have to ask, you probably aren't cool enough.

The Sidekick, sold exclusively by Bellevue's T-Mobile USA, has made it into the hands and purses of the coolest music, entertainment and sports celebrities, becoming the BlackBerry for this elite slice of cellphone users.

What does T-Zone mean in accessing the internet?

The following words are copied from t-mobile.com,
Just $5.99 per month gives you unlimited access to mobile Web destinations and great capabilities-like reading, editing, and sending e-mail directly from your phone.

But I don't understand either. Could someone answer my questions? thanks.

if I sign up for the t-zone with my Moto V360,

1. what kinds of website can I access? any website? or limited ones? Is there any list for such limited ones?

2. could I use my v360 as a modem for my laptop to view the websites? If I can, do I need additional cables to connect them?

New Customer Question

Hi. I am a new customer to t mobile. I recently ported out my Cingular number finally. After 3 years of billing trouble and no unlimted Text package finally free. My dealer couldnt answer a few questions. Does Tmobile bill in advance or arrears like attws use to do. How are warreties handled. Do you have to go to MANUFAC. or does tmobile have a warrenty department? Does t mobile charge you a "upgrade fee" or a "discounted activation fee" after a year to upgrade the headset? thank you for any help you guys can provide

Coverage in NYC and metro area question

hey I am thinking of still switching my lines over from cingular to tmobile. This is due to constant billing issues. I would be using the phones mostly in manhtten. either around times square, City college, and along the upper west side. What kind of coverage are you guys having in those areas? how about indoors? thank you all in advance

Using phone as a modem

If I want to get a Razr phone and use it as a modem with Mobile phone tools software and the data cable...how much extra is that per month?

Theres a bunch of different internet plans in the brochure and none of them specify which one is for using your cell phone as a modem. Can I use 5.99 T-Zones for internet on a laptop w/ a data cable?

Relocating to Germany...Options?

can i transfer my account to a Deutsche Telekom account?

So ok i am in the army and i am going to be stationed in Germany for a couple years. I have a sidekick II and i know it won't work overthere (yes i know, im gonna go into a depression) so i am opting for a pink razr since its a world phone. anyways i am having a hard time finding roaming information on the site. what is this world class roaming thing? its like one flat rate for incoming/outgoing class that i can add to my account? does that include my already included minutes in my plan or something? because i want to keep my L.A. #

ok any information would be great guys thanks so much

... V360 or Razor Need HELP

I'm able to get a upgrade, finally. I'm down to two phones the moto v360 and moto razor.

They each have their plus and minuses and not certain which is best. I like the thin light style of razor yet the 360 seems like a more complete phone for some reason, maybe that is an illusion though. I do know the 360 had EDGE and the razor doesn't. The video I've seen on a friends 360 looked pretty solid to me. I haven't seen the video on razor.

I've read all that I could find on them. Now I turn to the experienced members of this forum for your suggestions.

Thanks In Advance.
