I'm not sure if this has been covered in any other thread, but I just got a brand NEW (not refurb) V330 in exchange for my V600.

I was having problems with my V600, including:
crashing
freezing
phones calls drop after 15 minutes
phone was also powering off by itself

T-Mobile offered to exchange my phone and that's what I did 3 times, for a refurb V600. The same problems continued and finally about a week ago Customer Care offered a free new V330 in exchange for my old V600.

I was a little disappointed in the design of the phone but now, I love my V330!

After T-Mobile denied to interview me based on my last assessment I created a brand new profile at T-Jobs. I re-applied to the retail sales rep positions and now I have the email from T-Mobile to take the online assessment. How do I pass these assessments?! I REALLY want to work for T-Mobile and I am the perfect candidate for the job, but T-Mobile's silly assessments gets in the way.

What kind of answers do they want: a passive person, an assertive person, or an agressive person?

Please help me! I want to join T-Mobile's team! Thank you!

Anyone know where I can get replacement rubber bumper things for the Nokia 3220? The
T-Mobile store near my house has nothing, and on the Nokia website they only sell a few replacement housings and that's it. Anyone found them anywhere???

People complain about T-Mobile because of the lack of phone selection yet everyone is mad at T-Mobile for phones like the V300, V180, IPAQ, ETC. Make up YOUR MINDS!!! The phone selection is not like other carriers right now because T-Mobile is putting all phones that end up in their line up through a rigorous testing process. We are doing this BECAUSE of The CRAP M-A-N-U-F-A-C-T-U-R-E-S try to sell us sometimes. For example. "Cingular" When the Razr first launched Cingular reps hated the phone because of all the software issues, and Returns. "T-Mobile"... V330 having similar software issues SO... We delay the launch... Everyone gets mad. Don't we all want quality device??? Everyone should be mad at the Manufactures.

Working in Care sometimes we don't get all the newest info right away, but has anyone heard anything about a new Sidekick? I have been getting a few calls about it and I have nothing to tell the customers about it. There is nothing on the Danger pages to lead me to believe there might be a new one comming out soon.

Anyone hear any rumors?

I'm going from a SK II to a regular Nokia phone, and was just curious if I can use the SIM card that was in my SK for my new phone. I know usually you can, but I didn't know if there was a difference between the SIM cards for SK's, and other SIM cards since the SK is sort of a PDA type device. Thanks!

I have a Nokia 3220, and I bought a ringtone off of t-zones on the computer (t-mobile website). After I purchased it, a box came up and said it would be "sent" to my phone in a few minutes. However, it's now been about 6 hours, and I haven't received any notification on the phone, and I can't seem to locate it anywhere. Any clue where they go once you purchase them off the web? I know on my other Moto phone I get like a text message that alerts me when it gets to my phone. I'm totally stumped, so any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

So Edge launches and everyone wonders "is this all about my Nokia 3220 getting faster T-Zones!!!..." My V330 can be connected to my computer and hit 185 KPS!!!... What does it all mean??? Let me tell you... What major Holiday is approaching us ever so rapidly... Christmas!!! T-Mobile did not launch Edge just to squander the cheapest yet still high quality data network. It's for the HTC Tornado (everyone will want this phone), HTC Hurricane (An IPAQ sized phone with out the Bugs), and the Sidekick 3 (might not make it B4 Christmas, but everyones trying) T-Mobile has been laying low... And soon... It will rise.

P.S. Edge data is 19.99 with a voice plan. Tornado will be 199.99 after 50 MIR. 1 year contract. Cingular... Verizon... You were w...

I have a couple of friends with Verizon and some with Cricket(leap). and one with cingular.


Is there a list where i can find out who all is able to send and revieve pictures with t mobile?

I was just reading and noticed that the Sidekick 2 will have an OTA update coming, but don't know how soon.

If my friend buys two new phones on a family plan on T-mobile, and i swap my older Tmobile phone for one of hers, so she will still have two phones (one new and one old) can i use one of her new phones with my sim card? Would the IME number or serial numbres matter?

I notice that when I try to use a photo that has been sent in an MMS message (T-Mobile) that when I use it as a Background it does not use the full screen. I have tried to vary the size of the picture in the email but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Does anyone know the answer? (Maybe this just does it on pictures received iva MMS messages?)

Well, in the last 4 to 8 months something interesting has happened. T-Mobile's phone line up has completely changed except for one phone that just doesn't seem to want to die. The Samsung P735. So even though I can't say that I like T-Mobile's new line up of phones, they do at least have a new line up. Can't complain they did add new phones, just not the phones we may have hoped for with bated breathe. 😕

How much would T-Mobile charge to restore service so a customer can port out their number to another carrier? They just cancelled yesterday.

I just happened to notice that T-mobile's much outdated treo 600 is missing from the website and the stores. I have been long hearing that the 650 would be join the family here someday. Does any one know what the deal is? I love my service with T-mobile but I realy miss my treo 650.

I think they realy need to add a good pda type phone. Any one know of other good phone gossip?
