Hi,

I tried to buy t-mobile cell phones from amazon, and a1 wireless etc. My problem is that where I live and where my billing address's zip code is there's no t-mobile coverage. Only NPI. But I would use the phones in t-mobile area (commuting). Is there any way to get the deals offered by amazon and the others with these conditions?

I have purchased phones from both T-mobile and independant cellular stores (that sometimes sell phones for multiple providers). I have found that doing an equipment upgrade only (no contract extension) that T-mobile charges you anywhere from $30.00 to $80.00 (as I was told last week) additional cost for any phone you purchase. I called T-mobile today and they looked up my account to find that I had recently done a contract extension 4 months ago and was told that to purchase a certain phone it would cost $30.00 above retail(punishment fee??). An independant told me that I could walk into his store and purchase the SAME phone for flat retail of $199.00 (the SRP) with no contract extension. So my girlfriends phone bill 2 months ago was $312, then she got her phone bill for the previous month today and it was $1071, is there anything possible she can do to get the $1071 reduced? I mean, thats crazy, thats over a year of service for most people....

Hello I just bought an unlocked Moto V551 and i wondering if I should still receive the Internet because when i try to long on to T-mobile internet it says Network not availabe. So i was wondering if i needed to change anything in my phone to get this to work. The phone is unlocked,but has all the cingular logos and features I just want to use the Good old T-mobile Service. I originally wanted to start at the 19.99 plan jsut for testing purposes, but the sales rep mentioned that if i wanted to upgrade in the future it would be easier to start at the 39.99 plan (this is all at an official tmobile store). I have a Sidekick II right now. I'm planning on replacing it with a Motorola A630 due to size. I’ve read professional and user reviews on the Motorola phone, however, I haven’t seen any comments on instant messaging itself. I specifically use the SKII because of its “Always On” connection and handy keyboard. I mainly use the Email, SMS, and Instant Messaging services. It seems to me that the A630 has it all except the IM feature. Instant Messaging on the SKII is “live” meaning, it’s not text message based. Everytime I sign in to "Mytmobile.com" and I click "HiFi ringers or Wallpapers" it brings me back to the main page of T-Mobile.com where it says "Plans,Phones,Coverage,etc" What do I do?

looking at getting a 2 line family plan but want to get a deal that is currently on amazon. anyone ever had problems getting rebates from amazon when you sign up for 2 single lines and then afterwards changing them over to a family plan? a630 is only 119.99 out the door and then -30 after rebates, hard to pass that up 🙂

I did a web search, and I could not find any solid information on how to make them, does anyone happen to know how these files should be formatted, and is there a specific program that is good for this?

I have th Sharp TM-150 and I need to find some free hi-fi ringtones or figure out how to make mp3's into .wav or smaf format. Any advice? The ringtones from t-mobile are $1.99 and they are way too short and just looped over. Surely there is a way to beat the system! Please help me make my new phone sound better! thanks!

does any tmobile rep have any info about when the release date of the samsung e865 is going to be? i was going to get the TM-150 but once i found out that this phone is slated to be released here i am going to hold out until it is released because i LOVE samsung.....so if anyone has an expected date that would be great
