Don't Go with Cingular - Read This!
1 - Virtually impossible to access customer service. Has anyone tried to navigate through the extremely long voice-only activated menu?
2 - No customer loyalty plan. I have been a customer of AT&T Wireless for 5-6 years. I have not asked for a new phone in 3 years. I wanted to upgrade my service but wanted a good deal on a phone. At AT&T, given what I spend, I have always received a free phone or greatly reduced phone price. At Cingular, I was given the same price as on the internet or in the store for new customers. Anyone have an idea as far as what new phones T-Mo has up there sleeve in Q1 or Q2 of 2005? Comtemplating upgrading to a new phone from my v60! Thanks!
A strange observation
Finally a week later more arrived at their store and we went in to change her phone out. We did so and noticed that when you hit a key on the outside to light it up her call end button illuminates red and mine pink... Weird... Also, my case seems loose or not screwed in all the way. I lack the weird little screwdriver/key to tighten it so I will take it to the store to do so.
Also, my speakerphone hisses and hers does not, if I press the case together well enough it stops though I am hoping it will be fixed if I get them to tighten it.

Tired of T-Mobile, Please Read & Respond.
I'm personally kind of tired of T-Mobile. They are not upgrading their Data service. They have, by far, the slowest data transfer speeds. T-Mobile has no plans for Push-To-Talk. They have no plans for Edge, or upgrading to 3G. T-Mobile hasn't released a decent phone since December and they have made pathetic attempts to release new phone. Siemens CF63??? Piece of Crap. Nokia 6800, AT&T released this phone at least a year ago. Cingular has discontinued the 6800. Dobson/Cellular One released the V600 and T-Mobile still doesn't have it.
