what happened to Sony's?

I'm probably late to the party, but I just noticed that tmob doesn't have one sony on it's list of phones. When and why did this happen?

Nokia 7610?

I just saw Cingular got the Nokia 7610. I thought T-Mobile was going to carry it. I saw a couple of T-Mobile stores like 1 or 2 months ago selling the Nokia 7610 for T-Mobile.

New Customer

I just switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. I took my number with me. About now they're working on my towers, so I can make and receive calls and use T-Zones. To anybody that knows T-Mobile well, how long does it take to use the phone. Thanks. 😉

Don't Go with Cingular - Read This!

The merger of AT&T and Cingular has resulted in a complete breakdown of what used to be AT&T's good customer service. Let me enumerate Cingular's flaws:

1 - Virtually impossible to access customer service. Has anyone tried to navigate through the extremely long voice-only activated menu?

2 - No customer loyalty plan. I have been a customer of AT&T Wireless for 5-6 years. I have not asked for a new phone in 3 years. I wanted to upgrade my service but wanted a good deal on a phone. At AT&T, given what I spend, I have always received a free phone or greatly reduced phone price. At Cingular, I was given the same price as on the internet or in the store for new customers. should I be upset?

Shift Re-alingment time has come around again for our call center, and I was looking forward to it as my ranking came in at 26 of 605 center wide. However, I got promoted to Advanced Care (formerly CCRII). This put me 22 of 106, as I will be bidding only for an advanced care team which there are only 7 of. We've been hearing rumors of awesome schedules (written in an e-mail from senior management "wide variety of accomodating schedules"), teams, coaches, and managers. We get the list today and let me tell you what "Advanced Care" has to choose from: (Each team has 15 slots)
-Fri, Sat, Mon, Tue 9am-8pm(😎 or 7am-6pm(7)
-Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 9am-8pm(15)
-M-F noon-8:30pm(15)
-tue-sat 2:30pm-11pm(😎 or 4:30pm-1am(7)
-sun-thurs 9am-5:30pm (10)...

FastForward Cradle/Charger for V600??

I noticed that Cingular sells a FastForward Cradle/Charger for the Motorola V600. Would this work with T-Mobile?

A strange observation

My fiance and myself each bought an A630 with T-mobile. they only had one of them in stock when we first went to the store. I used it on mine and she got a temp phone until the next shipment came in.

Finally a week later more arrived at their store and we went in to change her phone out. We did so and noticed that when you hit a key on the outside to light it up her call end button illuminates red and mine pink... Weird... Also, my case seems loose or not screwed in all the way. I lack the weird little screwdriver/key to tighten it so I will take it to the store to do so.

Also, my speakerphone hisses and hers does not, if I press the case together well enough it stops though I am hoping it will be fixed if I get them to tighten it.

T-Mobile

Thinking about switching from Sprint to T-Mobile in the Baltimore area...Zip is 21030, checked the website, it says there is good coverage, but does anyone have any comments on coverage around this area, or just T-Mobile in general.

Billing problem

I recommended a friend to sign up with T-Mobile a couple of months ago and he signed up for the 400 min family share plan. There were no additional lines added. They recently added 2 more people and upgraded to 1600 minute plan & extended their contract. They just received a bill for $200+ last month and customer service said their plan did not include night minutes. When I was at the store with them when they signed the contract, the person said assured us they had night minutes. Is there anything they can do? Help is very much appreciated. Thank you.

unlocking Nokia 6610i

I have a nokia 6610i locked to T-Mobile from england. I put in my sim card it asks for for a restriction code. Is this the same as a unlock code. Or could someone email me the restirction codes to make this phone work please. I can't do anything on the phone it just prompts me for this code as soon as I start it up. The number on the back of the phone is 353381/00/847580/-5 and there is one other number 0519074. Can anyone help me?

Tired of T-Mobile, Please Read & Respond.

Has anybody noticed that their T-Mobile reception has gone down since January? I lived in Michigan near Detroit and my friends and I all think that out reception has gone down since January.

I'm personally kind of tired of T-Mobile. They are not upgrading their Data service. They have, by far, the slowest data transfer speeds. T-Mobile has no plans for Push-To-Talk. They have no plans for Edge, or upgrading to 3G. T-Mobile hasn't released a decent phone since December and they have made pathetic attempts to release new phone. Siemens CF63??? Piece of Crap. Nokia 6800, AT&T released this phone at least a year ago. Cingular has discontinued the 6800. Dobson/Cellular One released the V600 and T-Mobile still doesn't have it.

I Think AT&T Customers are Second Class Citizens at Cingular

I am (was) an AT&T customer, if you are too, you might check out the posts on the Cingular forum under the Merger Made in Hell thread. You may come to the same conclusions as me.

t mobile sucks...

i dont know bout you guys but t mobile coverage wise sucks and their family plans suck too. i dont know but i wish attws was still around they had the best family plans. anyways can some one answer one question why does t mobile send a bill out with a due date dec 12th and send the customer to collections on nov 15th? without receiving a notification in the mail? THAT IS WHY T MOBILE SUCKS. 😁

Samsung E715 Problem

Hi: I have a problem with my Samsung E715 cell phone. Recently I have been noticing white/gray lines showing up on the inside screen, and the color on the screen starting to fade. I checked on Howard Forums under the Samsung Forum and people said they are starting to see the same problem with their E715. People that even purchased the phone a couple of months ago, are even having the same problem, even though I purchased mines last year. What is going on, with screen and Samsung? They are suppose to have top quality phones. Can anyone please help?
