Motorola V710

Is there a way to see the video that I shoot with my phone on my computer.. Downloaded it to my TF card but won't reconize the format or something. Only plays on my phone.

I do not yet own the v710, but I am looking in to getting it in February when i can upgrade. So I have decided to look at what some people have had to say about the phone. The things that stick out are that the phone has GREAT reception...good in areas you usually can not get. Also the voice commands are good and work well. the bluetooth works, maybe not with the syncing of the computer but i does work. Also that the headset is very low and hared to hear. But the speaker feature works well and with a headset, wire or wireless works well also. The cameras (still and video) suck for quality pic, but works for just fun things you might want to use as wallpapers or send to a friend. Is there a way to make the phone ring and not the beep beep beep of the HS820? Mine doesn't ring it beeps (that's normal right?) Also I have tried to research which is better 820 vs 810 and there isn't much info on it... What do u guys think???? Seems cool that u just fold the mic to turn on/off instead of holding the button 5 sec. also anyone try doing a 3 way call w/it? It says u can do it but I haven't tried yet..

I had posted asking about the differences between VMO and MPT for Outlook Sync but no one answered. I could only assume noone had tried both. I am now learning by trial and error and thought I'd share what I learned about VMO.

VMO will sync with Outlook for contacts only. It does not sync the calendar. Contact sync was effortless. Load the disk and 2 minutes later I had the software loaded and was able to easily recognize (running XP Home) the v710 and sync the contacts. However, VMO does not take advantage of the multiple entries per name capability of the phone. While VMO does recognize multiple entries per name in Outlook, when it transfers that data to the phone, it creates a seperate phonebook entry for each number. For examp...

Could somebody please help how to pair my T3 with this phone PLEASE?????

I'm no techie and I bought this phone mainly for its bluetooth technology and it's connectivity with my car. Although I have a million questions about the advanced features of this phone that are currently lost on me b/c I have no time to educate myself on them, I'll keep it on the basics for now.

I linked the phone to my car with ease and used it flawlessly for about 3 weeks, but now all of a sudden it has stopped ringing to notify me of a call when in the car. The car will ring, though, to notify me once a VM is left. Logic told me that the problem was in the bluetooth signal for some reason, so I deleted the link to the car. Even then, though, the phone still only alerted me to a call via call waiting when I was on the phone already...

Has anyone been able to pair more than one device at a time to their v710? I have a Jabra 250 headset paired to my v710, an Ipaq h4155 and a 2004 Acura TL paired to the v710 and they all work individually. But lets say I'm sitting in my Acura and even though I'm not speaking on the phone I still cannot connect to the internet with the ipaq. This happens when I've turned on the Jabra headset, even though I'm not making a call, just having the Jabra linked to the v710 prevents the Ipaq from connecting to the internet. As soon I turn the Jabra off the Ipaq will connect.

I was actully considering waiting for the VX8000 when I saw the quality of the pics on the v710. Good thing I didn't. They delayed release unti mid 2005. 🤣

I just got TFcard/reader...I heard I have to change the file name to .mid or .midi??? Can anybody help? Thanks!

Anyone know how to get the V710 to display videos in full screen mode so that the "Play/pause/fast forward" icon and length bar arent displayed?
