is there a way to make the mp3 ringtones louder like a nextel
damn the mp3 ringtones are kinda low i mean they are ok but i would like to hear it as loud as a nextel cuz i cant hear it in a crowded place.

Has anyone used both? i seem to no longer have to use the script to clean up the .trash files...!?! Great! haha has anyone else done this? does anyone else have Tiger yet?

i saw a 256 transflash card online.. and i just got the v710, will the 256 work card work? or the max is 128? also does the mp3 player work right off the card?

mp3 question
haveing problems with mp3 files on trans flash.i convert wma wav movie and sound files to mp3 with power mp3 or i tunes. most of the time it works great. but a lot of them convert and play on my pc but not my phone.are these somhow a differant format ? tried differant bitrates but no dice. any help please

Button does not work on my headset.
I just recently purchased a Moto OEM Stereo Headset (I believe the model # is SYN9870) for my v710 and the button does not work to do anything. On my previous phones the button would answer and hangup calls and also start the voice command. Do I have the right headset? When button works, what can it do? Also, does anyone have any technical knowledge on how I can configure the button to work right on my v710?

problems with transflash
im a new poster to these forums. i recently bought a v710 and dont really have too much expertise on using it. i've gotten the transfering mp3s down pat but i cant open the motorola folder on the memory card in windows... i believe this is how the mp3 ringtones work and also i dont know how to get the pictures off the memory card... can anyone help me out with these few things or at least poin t me in the right direction in the forums? thanks
Unable to Pair Jabra 250 after SW Flash
Finally found my cord and flashed my phone to SD's firmware, but now my Jabra 250 will not pair with the phone. They see eachother, but when I type in the passcode, it says key invalid. Any thoughts?

Sharp GX30 for Verizon Wireless's Moto V710?!?
Ok, so I've had my GX30 for about a year and a half now with cingular/at&t, and I really love it!!! I travel between germany and american quiet frequently so it being quad-band is a major advantage. Now im only 13 years old, so obviously all my friends had to have a different carrier than me..figures, but I want to sell my GX30 and get a V710 should I do this? the only thing I lose is the ability to use the V710 in Germany..
V710 vs. LG8000???

expandable memory card
I want to buy a memory card for the v710, and I have seen some conflicting information. I know the transflash card will work in the v710, but what about the mini-sd card. I have seen some threads talking about the mini-sd card and some threads saying that the mini-sd card is not compatible with the v710. Which is it?

First Time Charging
I just got the V710. It comes with a travel charger. In the instruction book it said that you can leave it charging with the travel charger all night is this true. Someone please reply quick. I am trying to decide whether to go to bed or not.
