Which headset is better?
HS850 or BT250?

Is the boom mice a very useful feature??

I know BT250 doesnot have a boom mic. That means I need to keep it on always.At that time, will my phone ring if I get a call??

In HS850 I hate the blue light. is there anyway i can shut that down permanent?

Other than thesr headsets do you guys suggest any good BT headset for my V710?

any one have a preference moto 810,820,850, or jabra 250 ????

I got the V710 with the new software that doesnt allow file transfers from the TF card. Does anyone know what I would need to get that to work, like the seem edit and where I can find it. I have a usb cable already, just need to know what I need and where I can find it.

I wanted to know if you can move pix in and out of the 710 to comp with the chip, becuase the new audiovox 8940 is crippled in that extent the chip is only working with mp3, and the new 8100 copming out has crippled chip only designed to beused for mp3's and doesnt let you transport pix. thx

After Searching the forum, i found 2 sites... neither really have decent pictures. Can someone please list all the websites they use for the 710 wallpapers? or exactly what the size has to be (i think 170x220) for my own pictures... thanks

Would anyone be interested in the new software and all the apps you need in 1 zip file? Ill also include easy instructions as well. Let's say you have a number of a person in your phone book as "home" and another number comes in from "cell", is there a way to save the new number and add it to the other record without overwriting the whole old one?

ok just got the v710, i downloaded a few ringers but the ringers are only 3 seconds long and thats all they will play for ??? they wont loop over and over!!! if i send the ringers to someone can they loop them or make them longer, about 25 seconds for me??? thanks

Where can I find bitpim for the 710. I searched the thread history and all of the links I found came up with nothing ☹️ . Any help would be awesome, can't wait to get rid of those cheesy stock pics and free up wore space for ringers.

ok i was told if you got the new software you cannot switch songs/pixs back and fourth from the transflash to the phone! ok someone said from the transflash you can send it to a fake email addy and it wont go through of course, but the song/pix will be saved in your out box and it can be saved that way to the phone???? is this true and has anybody tried this???? thanks

Got the phone a few days ago, did a lot of searching on the web and here and it's obvious there's no way to change the external display's background (other than the few supplied backgrounds depending on which color theme you select), and no way to change to a larger font size on the internal screen.

Just checking to see if anyone has yet found a way to achieve either. I love the phone and, silly me, I'd like to be able to actually read the screen.

I had a quick question about the mobile web on my v710.

I just had my software updated to the new 8700_01.40.0R version and noticed something different when I'm using mobile web.

When I was on my old software, if I was using the mobile web to say check baseball scores, if I closed my phone to end a session and start a brand new session, the first page it would go to would be the last page i was just on, in this case, the ESPN baseball scores page.

Now with the new software, I've noticed that everytime I start a new web session, it takes me to the verizon "VZW Today" homepage everytime, no matter what.

Is there anyway where I can edit it so it'll go to the previous webpage I was on, instead of the VZW Today homepa...

Where can I get Superdave's flash along with Verizons orignal flash? I know there was a whole package on an ftp site somewhere but I think it is gone. I need it because I need to flash my phone back to normal.
