I just saw a trailer for Resident Evil: Apocolypse. A few of the people, who for lack of a better term I will term "Army Guys" were wearing the Moto HS820 BT headset.

Probably insignificant in relation to anything, especially the v710, but with all the product placement going on in movies these days, I wouldn't be completely shocked if there was some sort of coordination.

Like I said, HUUUUGE strech, but it was the first thing that ran through my head when I saw it.

hey the phone thats coming out tomorrow is the TREO 600 and the moto v710 is coming out ending of july to early august, it will not be released by sprint but only verizon and there is no nextel version of this phone. dont be patient it will be here and soon and i guarantee it will ne here before september. this is very credible evidence from a very credible source. dont add bs to this threat ok my peeps aight yo thats it for now. will update you as the week go along. dont expect the v710 until after the 26th of july, doesnt mean its coming out on the 26 but after the 26 and before september promise!!

also, for everyone who said that nextel will be carrying the phone, from what i saw in ads, they have a phone called the i710...i dont know if its related, but i think its the closest nextel is going to get to the v710?

Does anyone REALLY know why NO ONE knows anything about this damn thing as VZW? Dont they have a technology dept that would know? There has to be SOMEONE who knows SOMETHING that works for them? Management of the tech dept?

Perhaps they know that the release of this phone is going to overload the stores and they want to keep it hush hush so that the lines arent ridiculous?

All I know is that they are pissing a LOT of people off by being so secretive.

no big news, but I just figured Id share that I saw a v710 ad in the new Golf Digest (August). I think it is the same as the one seen in the Maxim (I think it was maxim). its got a pink background, with a black guy dressed in black holding the v710.

I was talking to a guy from Nextel who told me, this phone is coming out and it is sharp. Supposedly it will be available for Nextel as well? didn't know they did this {shared phones}. I was actually at the Nextel place because I'm depressed by such crappy phones Verizon has on the shelf now. But this thing looks pretty damn sharp.

does a sales rep or any one else in a VZW corporate store have the authority to push up my new every 2 date to use it on this phone if if comes before my NE2 date of august 10th? Some one said they might, but I want some one else that knows.

I'm a sales rep at the East Brunswick store here in NJ, I personally saw the shipment come off the truck today. Aprox 300 units. The price will be 349 no contract-249 w/50 rebate 1 yr-199 50 rebate 2 yr. Thats the facts,,its release is this monday. Now get in line. 🙂

I heard Moto and VZW are gonna have a new reality based TV show with the 710. 25 contestants from this forum will be asked to participate in a fight to the death in a Roman coliseum to receive the first 710 released! You can use the weapons of your choice no rules anything goes. Wow I can't wait to sign up. who's with me? 😈

P.S. the Japs are also going to have a second show featuring Godzilla and King Kong with a 710. All you have to do is take it away from them and the phone is yours free!
