Motorola's Joe Woods agreed that LNP has played a role. "LNP has enabled people to go for upgrades," said the strategy and market development VP in Motorola's personal communications sector. Just spoke w tech service and the guy said that the phone is not coming out till the camera problem gets fixed. It seems the pictures come out too dark when taken indoors, the flash isn't projecting the light in the right direction. Well looks like at&t for me Verizon you suck!!! Motorola you suck even more!!! 👿

You know I find it funny that I have read nothing but good things about the use of Blue Tooth with this phone, and now all the sudden there is a big enough problem that they are canceling the release - I doubt it

And to all of you who have bought a 2004 Aucura. If you are not elligible for upgrade, return the car instead and buy a real sport sedan like a BMW or Audi instead of some jap crap.

"The V710 has been given final approval from Verizon. The software version is 1.30.8E. An actual release date is determined by Verizon, but the phone is shipping. There will be a 90 day exclusive period for Verizon in the US. Other carriers that will have the phone will be US Cellular, Cellstar, Radio Shack, Vivo (non US carrier), and one more US carrier I can't remember.

Hey all, I just got an e-mail yesterday from Moto saying that the HS820 is out!! I know this is of no really BIG significance but I just thought I'd let you all know...it could be good news about the release of the V710 or it could be pointless...anyway...just passing along the info...

OK, guy and gals... enough with the nasty insults. This is NOT a chatroom on AOL.... this really was designed to discuss the phone and share information about it! I check the forum daily to see if anyone else found out some REAL information about the phone and I'm sick of sifting thru the arguing back and forth. This is someone who has been a very credible source of info on wa. I'd believe him over globalone and all the other teenie boppers on here who can't afford the phone and have nothing better to do(no offense to those that don't meet that description).

👿 YOU ARE WASTING TIME. Look, I was a supervisor in customer service until 3 weeks ago. Customer Service HAS NO IDEA when a phone will be released. We LITERALLY find out less than 24 HOURS if not SAME DAY when a phone rolls. Other than those individuals testing phones (I have TWO friends testing the 710 and both say late July - early august), no one has a clue in customer service. We NEVER know dates ahead of time unless it is a new FEATURE, such as when Push To Talk rolled. Even then, we had our training and tentative release date less than a week before we dropped it. Customer Service is not privy to ANY marketing information whatsoever. We are here to resolve billing issues, equipment issues, and other problems with service. ...

well this forum... what do you say about this forum... people are going crazy, i was always reading about people saying "stop obsessing" "the phone will be out when its out" and i was always like 'oh shutup I WANT IT' now i'm just like... SHUT UP EVERYONE!!!! the pphone will be out when it is out and it will probably be soon! but if not oh well i just have this feeling that everyone is making up **** to play with each other... this forums integrity is LOW!
