Motorola V710

Does anyone out there have real concrete proof of this phones' release date at all? 😳 👿

Does anybody know why the vx7000 isnt under the 99999 zip code anymore, all the other phones are still there. It is listed under my zip of 16801, but they took it off the null zip code.

If verizon had the slightest clue how this was pissing off so many people they would stop dragging ass!! I used to work cst service there and before i left the head of tech support was testing this phone and she still has it, testing. Don't know what's going on now, but we will all have to wait and see, calling these people does no good cause they don't know ****!!!

That dude dropped off the face of the earth on the 5th. Said he'd be aroudn on the 6th to catch the wrath. Anyone hear anymore from him? Think he really lost his job (ever had that job) or anything? Think Liebuster was right all along....

I just called a CSR from vzw and was informed that it had been pushed back and the phone would not be out in July. Motorola CSR's says it will be out in July. Other VZW CSR's say different things. I think just my opinion no one has any ****ing idea when its coming out. SO anyone at phonescoop know? (rhetorical Question) haha waiting is a bitch peace

I'm amazed. I haven't been in this forum since last friday and when I went in today last thread i read was 25 pages back. By the way sorry to hear what happen to 85 percent. ☹️ I did posted in a thread 28 or 30 pages back. By the way the phone is out when the phone is out and we can't control that. ☹️

Would anyone know if there is a chance of mod-ing the phone in terms of the external case and perhaps the lights...

Great news! I just back from a Moto conference earlier this afternoon in D.C. and I now have renewed excitement for the v710. The Moto reps confirmed that the v710 is ready to roll (packaged and all) and that they're waiting on VZW's call (which should be any day now). She said Moto has a system in place that from the point of the call-- it will take 3 weeks to get them on the shelves. She passed around a few new phones on the way, but I was only interested in the v710. Here are some pictures that I took with my work phone (VX-6000)...

I've been due for a free phone 😁 (yes I know this one won't be free) for a long time, but wasn't excited about anything from VRZ till I read about the V710 in Feb. 😳 Have been sitting on my old LG TM-510 ever since. Keep on wondering if the V710 is worth the wait. 😕 Lots of the bells & whistles being talked about here are irrelevant to me, but some basic things I haven't seen mentioned are make-it-or-break-it items for me. 😈 If the V710 falls short on these items, I'll switch carriers to get the right phone. Hopefully some of you folks can tell me if I should bother to continue waiting:

What's the deal w/ the mp3 ringtones.. is there going to be a usb.. how do we transfer them.. or do we just download them and have to pay for them?.. if we do that blows.

Let's say the v710 isn't what it seems to be....and the v810 will be released...would anyone consider it?

I need a tri-mode phone and am switching to verizon for this and their service. Been following the v710 for a bit but don't really care anymore. I just need a phone. Any suggestions on tri-modes?
