Look near the middle of the page, right under the Treo600 phone and you will see that the warehouses are receiving the phones (7200 in the Memphis warehouse alone) as well as the Treo600. The phone is out, I found the store here in East Brunswick New Jersey!!!It is a little big but the video rules!! The speakerphone is as loud as a nextel!!! I love this phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😲

It even has solitare,and blackjack, just like the v60. The speaker is really really clear, and very very loud!!!You'd better hurry cause its a small store,and Im not even sure the dude knows he wasnt supposed to sell it!!!AGAIN THIS PHONE ROXXX 🙂

I was just at my local VZW store in tuscaloosa, AL and I was asking the guy about the 710 and all of a sudden...the clouds parted and Jesus descended from the sky. He had 15 of the phones and sold me one for 350 dollars cash on the spot!!! He even threw in a free bluetooth headset!!! I'll have some pictures up as soon as Hell freezes over too. Well I'm about to go take some videos and play some MP3s!!!

So has anybody checked todays delivery?

Well it seems official, I just spoke to three different Verizon contacts and a customer service rep. with Motorola. I was told by each of them that I should expect the phone early to mid August. I'm starting to believe this to be true even after daily searches of Verizon's web site using the 99999 default zip code. The latest LG phone was showing up on the Verizon site for days before it was available. Still no sign of the V710. 😈 😈

Like ketan324 I just spoke with the poor guy at Exec Cellular who confirmed that he has had many calls about the 710 and would we PLEASE PLEASE post on the website THEY DO NOT CARRY THE PHONE AND HAVE NOT SOLD IT TO ANYONE. He agreed that the jerk (straightpool or something) is a liar and I say the jerk is probably relieved that he finally has something in his life that he can talk about.

As some have done before, I send an email to Motorala asking when the phone will be available and they said some time in July. Now its up to Verizon when they actually want to make it available. Also if anybody noticed or not, the promotion for the BT headset/speakerphone expires August 1st. So either Verizon releases the phone before that, they extend the date for the promotion, or Verizon screws their customers.

I think this simply proves that almost none of the information posted in here is reliable. I really don't want to hear all the talk that well, some stores received 5, but they were recalled at the last minute.

So what is the next lie to bust.. July 8th?

I don't think anyone really knows when this phone will be released. The only thing we can be sure of is that if the day is less than 5 days away, there are going to be a ton of people on here posting about the phone being in the local stores and getting ready for launch.

Since none of that is really going on, I would speculate we are at a minimum 2 weeks away from launch.

I am an attorney in NYC and i love cell phones and stuff... always have to have the latest gadget. I have a POS t720 rite now... So i have been waiting for like a yr to upgrade my phone... I bought the SE47 slider phone, it was a total piece. I returned it and now i am waiting for the v710.

Today i went to the vzw store, i was playing with the LG for like an hour maybe... I HATE THE PHONE! The menu is so retarded and like hard to maneuver around. The picture quality is crap compared to the v710, and the OS on it is very very very slow, not to mention it froze twice on me. Most important for me, it looks soooo cheap. I can't walk around with that crap on my belt when i am wearing a suit everyday... It looks like a toy. Blue and dull silve...

I have this phone, and it works like a charm! 😁

This morning I made the call to the Independence store here in the Cleveland area and they confirmed that the V710 would not be in today. As I've said in some past threads they seem to be one of the first stores to receive new phones. The rep also told me that they still aren't sure when they'll receive it but that's not a new response by any means. I guess the waiting game continues.....

I was curious about what was said on this phone when it was first introduced. Well, I thumbed back to the first thread of the forum. It was kinda funny. A few people said "Christmas 2004" at best... "Jan 2005".... there was even an "August 2007" on there. I found it entertaining that no one knows when it is coming out. i dont understand the whole "secrecy" thing on Verizon's part. But, I swear, they are better at keeping secrets than the gov't is...

guys, can't you yet understand that v710 is another moto phone that will disappoint 90% of all of you? i have a friend that had a chance to own this phone for 4 days, and he says that it was a total crap, piece of *hit. there is always much hype over any moto phone and then... 😡
open your eyes, don't be fooled. 😕

If I had only marked down all those people 2 weeks ago who posted threads GUARANTING July 6. Everyone take note of past threads, and then you will find out you cannot believe anyone on this site.
