Please define the settings for file quality economy-normal-fine what is purpose(used for) and also another setting Iso and photometry settings,just now saw them on menu and really dont know meanings-i dont use cameras very often so your help would be appreciated

the vibration is too strong for me...anyone else having that problem? i mean its like having another ringer...so i have to put it on silent...is there any way to make the vibration less forceful?

🙄 i think that the phone is too big. its bigger than my hand. it doesnt look good my belt buckle. its like having a palm pilot. it gets on my nerves. i like the 8100 thats coming out. maybe i'll switch to that.

My old phone is a T720 and just got the VX-8000. Local Verizon stores can't get the phone numbers to transfer. Is there are way to use QPST to take the phone numbers from the T720 and put them on the VX 8000? I have USB cables for both, but can't figure out what the file name is for the phone numbers on the T720.

After 36 pictures at high res, it says memory full. But I still have so much contents memory. Do you guys know how much memory they allow for pictures? Does anyone else have this problem?

When I send a midi file to my phone using ######@vzwpix.com it comes through as a text message and then it says "attachment dropped". Anyone know why?

Anyone else having this problem. Talking on the phone and losing a bar on the battery meter about every 20 min? After about 1 hour 15 min I am down to only one bar.

I have the vx-7000 and im really thinking abt getting the 8000 ive been waiting for it to come out for a while now I use to have the v710 but got rid of it for the 7000 and i miss the speaker phone option but i just got a couple of questions before i decide to get it. Well 1st off i live in Delaware and right now we currently dont have Vcast inour area yet so i was wondering will i still beable to get on GIN to download the reg games like on the 7000 and most important can i get ringtones on GIN like the true tones even though i cant currently get Vcast right now in my area? Second when your phone does ring does the music come out of both front speakers for the stereo sound and does it sound better say then the 7000 phone or the moto v710? a...

anyone notice when you hold the button on the left side of the phone (voice dial button/flash)..when phone is closed it says "voice memo not available"...what is it and what does that mean???

I noticed after 15 to 20 min of talking I lose 1 bar on the battery meter. Does anyone else notice the same thing? Is this normal for a phone that is supposed to get 4 1/2 hours of talk time?

Well, I picked up my VX-8000 on the 1st. Yes, I was there when the store opened. 😉 Anyway, I LOVE this phone! Yes, it's definitely bigger than the 7000. But I had a Kyocera 2135, which really looked like a brick compared to the newer flip phones. So, it wasn't too much of a shock to me. My advice - try it out and decide for yourself if you can live with it.

ANYWAY - I get the phone home, trying everything out (except the VCast - didn't try that until today). Then I notice that the TIME is wrong! In in NJ, so ET zone. My phone says it's 5 hours earlier, and I don't see a way to change it! I call Customer Service (nice guy, but had never heard of the 8000 - what?!). They put me in touch with a techie who basically says can...

I swapped out my phone and I am on my third one now. My battery indicator drops one bar about every 20 min or so. I thought I was the only one having this prob. I am charging my phone now and will see what happens on this third try.

I saw that the 8000 has MP3 capabilities I am an agent for Verizon and was at the service center checkin out the 8000 and could not find how to access the MP3 capabilities. Before I get the phone I want to know if the MP3 is an optional accessory like the bluetooth adaptor or is it built in feature? Thanks in advance guys

Every time I try to get Video Clips through vcast, It tries to connect but it fails to do so. It comes up with a message "Authorization Failed. Retry" with options Yes and No.
If someone has this problem or knows how to fix it please let me know. I have the 2 months trial, I NEED VCAST!
