Motorola RAZR V3c

I finally got a clip over to my computer via phonetools (sometimes I got 'request denied from phone' errors but anyways..)

I downloaded quicktime, which is what plays those 3g2 files or whatever. when I go to open it, I see the first frame frozen, which is normal, but then when I click the play button, it goes to white but the ticket goes as if it is playing correctly.

anyone else experiencing this? Am I missing something? thanks

does any of you know where I can get mp3 ringtone THE EYES OF TEXAS so I can play it for my friends in california next week? thanks

Do you need some type of software to get it to work with windows XP? When I use a USB cable, Windows says Razor V3c. That's as far as I get.

I'm looking to upgrade to a new RAZR if Motorola doesn't announce anything too amazing at the CES next week. The only thing that is stopping me and pushing me to a E815 is the lack of a SD card slot. I really don't care too much about the extra storage, its really because I can put things such as ring tones and pictures onto my phone from there.

I talked to the people at my local store, and all they could say was that there is no way for me to do it, but I can download ringtones from "Get It Now" (which is a complete slap in the face).

Is there anyway for me to do the things that I want, such as transfer ring tones and pictures to my PC other then a pre-determined list of songs from "Get It Now" and vzwpix.com? If so, how (so I kn...

Does anyone know if there is going to be a black colored razr for verizon? My store rep thinks that a pink and black one will release near summer. But does anyone know for sure? Thanks

This sounds like something I would be interested in. If you are using one with the Razr please tell me your thoughts. Also, can you listen to Vcasts thru this headset?

Does anyone know what dimentions I should shrink pictures to on my computer so they show up well on my Razr? I tried to just send a full sized wallpaper to the phone and it did not turn out well.

For some reason my missed call icon does not go away even though I scroll through all missed calls. It seems that the icon goes away at its own will and the only way to immediately remove it is it clear my "all calls" list. Does anyone have a similar issue? Thanks.

Can anyone tell me how to get past Verizons NEW STANDARD NEW MENU???? I was told by a tech at Verizon today that they are going to have the same menu system for ALL of their phones. I already saw it on the SAMSUNG 950 & 970 and the new RAZR I recieved 2 weeks ago. I'm rambling,let me get to the point,,,,Does anyone know how to reset the NAV and SOFT buttons. The only one I've been able to set is the DOWN nav button.Is there software I can download??? My sis in law has the RAZR from CINGULAR and you can do whatever you want with the button,,,HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!

Hey Razr owners. I am curious as to how long your battery is lasting. I realize everyone uses the phone different amounts of time during the day, but I am curious as to what the average length of time is before the phone starts beeping with the low battery signal.

As you can imagine, I am still on the fence as to purchase one or not. I currently own a Samsung a670. Any other a670 owners switch over to the Razr and have any insight (good or bad)?

I feel like an idiot asking this but I'm going to anyway. I have the v3c and just got the h3 headset and I can't get my phone to recognize it. I thought maybe it was the h3 headset so I got out my other headset that I used with my 710 and I can't get the razr to recognize either one. What am I doing wrong???

this is getting nuts, my battery dies after 2 calls. during the first call it'll go from full down to one bar of beattery.

is this normal???

I set up Mobile PhoneTools and have been able to transfer stuff to my phone, but Im having trouble transferring stuff from my phone to my computer.

I get the following error:

Request denied by phone (Internal server error (0x50))

can anyone tell me why i cant get pix and flix off my computer?

I tried the v3c in store after reading all the complaints about buzzing. I noticed it too. Then I noticed the thing was on speakerphone. After I turned SP off, buzzing went away & sounded excellent. Anyone having these problems even w/o SP? Is this just a case about ppl not being able to figure out their phones?

Anyone know how I can get a different pic on the front display when the phone is closed?

right now i have a pic of my Daughter on the internal display but it doesn't give me the option to change the front.

Anyone know?

I was reading a post (i think it was here) on how to fix the loose keypad on the vc3s. It involved taking the battery out and lifting up the black tape.

I have been looking for hours for that post so that I can follow the instructions step by step but I can't seem to find it again.

Anyone know where to look?

Cannot get MPT (latest and greatest software from BRVP) phonebook to work with my V3c. Shows my Outlook side, but searches contacts,hangs and does not show the phone side. Try to transfer contacts from Outlook to phone but says the phone memory is full? Yikes! Anybody have any ideas?

Well, I think its time for me to upgrade, my phone is beat up and showing its age. I love Motorola and my v710 has been nothing short of awesome. The only short comings I see from the v710 are the camera (rarely used, but a nice novelty to have), and the battery life (previous phones, i710, v400, v300, and couple other Cingular TDMA Nokias). The durability has been outstanding (dropped it so the bottom half fully submerged in the puddle and it still works perfectly), and it holds a signal better then my other Verizon phones (business phone, and my mother's).

I want to stick with Motorola, since their phones have been so good to me, so I see my options are the new RAZR and the e815 if I want to keep a high profile phone. I've read a lo...
