So, im super excited for the LTE launch!

Excited to see what phones come to Verizon as well!

And that Verizon can put LTE up all over the US except Alaska.

So, I was reading about Blackberrys (still trying to decide if i want to get one or not) and they don't have WIFI? I am confused. Can someone tell me more about WIFI and its availability?

Also, there is a new Blackberry coming out for Verizon with a full qwerty keyboard? I wonder if that will drive the price of the Storm down. Also, wonder if the newer one will be better for me since I text alot and am concerned that the Storm will be hard to text on a touch screen. Any help, I'd appreciate it!

This is an interesting read, I really, really hope Las Vegas will be one of the initial launch cities!

hey everyone, I am on Verizon and am currently debating about whether to get a blackberry now or not. I have heard that a new one may or may not be coming out soon. Is it accurate that a new blackberry with a full qwerty keyboard should be coming out for Verizon sometime in april-may? Also, if so, will it be significantly better than the current curve that Verizon offers? Thank you very much for any help that you can provide!

My wife and I resigned a 2 year family plan in November...how much would it be if we cancel? Is there anyway around the termination fee? People on this board are so dang knowledgable I know someone will know 🙂

I am very, very hungry for REAL mobile broadband. And if Verizon's LTE network is capable of average, consistent speeds of no less than 4/5/6mbps then I'd be willing to pay $60/mo. But the speeds have to be WORTH $60/mo.

So does anybody have any idea at all if Las Vegas will be among the initial launch cities for LTE.

Sidenote: I want to make it very clear that I don't care about the 50-60mbps that have been achieved while testing LTE, I - ONLY - care about real world, end-user speeds

I recently purchased a network extender box, installed it and had it operating for 1 day. It worked fantastic for me and I was convinced that it was the answer I had been looking for to improve my coverage. After a day I noticed that the system light was blinking red and that the device was no longer working. I tinkered with it for a few hours, then called the Verizon support line. Tier 1 said that the problem was on their end and he would have a level 2 tech call me. After a few days I called Support again. The tech said that the reason why the device stopped working is because Verizon had to stop providing network extender coverage in my county. He admitted that they did provide the service when I first activated the device but that Verizo...

I have a question that I feel kinda stupid asking because it seems like this should be simple, but I can't figure it out. I have a LG Dare and my wife has a LG enV2. Both phones have a menu selection called "Charging Screen" where you can pick different displays. I assumed that this is what would be displayed when the phone is charging...right? Then why can't I get it to appera on either phone? I tried it with the phone turned off - that just displays the big green battery. I tried it while the phone was left on, but plugged in - that just displays my normal home screen. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help.

Does anybody know if this phone will be coming out March 1 as planned. Also does anybody know of yet which assessories will be inc and the potential price thanks. Also p.s. does anybody have any pricing and release info for the Nokia intrigue as well. Many thanks everyone for your help.

BUT, any previous Verizon Blackberry is out of luck because apparently the GPS chip isn't publicly accessible. I don't know who is to blame for this, Verizon or RIM (most likely big V). I hope this is something that can be updated with software...

I have been reading the boards and found out that at some point Verizon is getting the BB Bold sometime in the next few months? Now does anyone know if this will be the true Bold meaning the Rim version or is going to be a combo of the RIM and Verizon...?

Help! I have 32 lines on a business plan that I need to get out of contract with no ETF's, is this possible! Anyone have any advice?

Would I be able to get out of my contract? I have an Alltel number that is in a verizon area, but I work 99% of the time in an area that is being sold off by verizon. My work will switch to what ever company buys the area (four corners area) I would like to switch to what ever company they use. Right now all my usage is m2m and I would like to keep it that way. I have nothing against verizon, Just want to use the cell service my work uses.

The last time that I was going to purchase a phone from Verizon, as soon as I went to the website to look/search for a phone, a live chat box came up . Now, I am searching for it and cannot seem to come up with it. Can anyone help?

There is a cam, but its on the back of the phone i think because i see the cam button on the side of the phone.

I have Alltel, I guess I am verizon now. I read that I can call verizon numbers now and not use my minutes up. Can we also text a verizon phone and it will not go against our text limits? just curious thanks any info would be helpful.
