does it only come in the titanium color now? or can you still get the black?

Yeah, so I just got sent my 3rd voyager and its starting to have problems. I called verizon warranty department and they said I get a comparable phone to my voyager. The only phone I can think of is the Dare. Can you watch youtube on the Dare like the voyager? If you can't, what other phones could I get to play youtube that is not a smartphone. Thanks

Due to breaking my phone early on in my contract, I bought a new, yet older phone through ebay for a good price. The phone, LG vx8100, seems to work but I've noticed some potential problems with the volume and I'm wondering if a new software update would fix the problem. Anyway, my question is - how do I go about getting a firmware upgrade (if even necessary) for an older phone, like the LG vx8100. Do I need to go to a Verizon store? Can I do it over the phone with Verizon support? Or do you think they don't even support this older model anymore.

so, in Oct, I bought a Pearl and added the data plan and all the stuff I needed for it. I also DL'ed the VZ nav for high end devices...and it ran horribly. It was slow and laggy and just impossible to use. Shortly after that, VZW unlocked the BB maps app, and I deleted the VZ nav off my phone, since I didn't need it anymore. I didn't pay too close attention to my bill, but the next month after I deleted it was about $10 less, so I had assumed it came off my bill as well. well, i finally looked at my bill and saw that I have still been being charged for it. I will be integrated into the Verizon system soon, as I have Alltel service in Charlottesville, VA. I was a very satisfied Verizon customer in the DC market for many years, but after living in Charlottesville for two years, too many people were wanting me to have a local number, so I left Verizon and switched over to Alltel. I'm absolutely thrilled to be back with Verizon in the not-to-distant future, since so many of my contacts are already Verizon customers, and I'll get to talk to them free with the in-network feature.

I'm a manager of an at&t agent, in western part of VA.

currently moving to a very rural area (but only about 15 minute commute from my store, but besides that)

i checked verizonwireless.com coverage viewer and it shows id have CDMA coverage at the address (because we all know GSM sucks in rural areas), but can any VZW internal employee double check that for me?

also which are the best phones for coverage for CDMA (its been a while since i've worked with CDMA), is Samsung pretty dependable?

Hi Guys, Any leaks on upcoming PDA phones from VZW? By PDA I mean touch screen and not smartphones. Looking to upgrade my Sam i760 which has been just beautiful with something better, but am not in a hurry.

I have on the i760 a 2.8" screen, wmp 6.1 with slide out keyboard.

Looking for larger than 3.2" with slide out keyboard running on WMP.

so was the my local verizon store at the mall, getting my blackberry storm courtesy of my new every two...
it was pretty desolate. the woman programming my phone took me to a side office as she was having some problems with the main computer.

there was one other sales rep n the floor from where i could see, then this guy walked in.

did not look,like an employee. he goes" how are the Motorola's working out?"

the sales rep shrugged and did a so-so motion.

For you indirect agents out there, how are you dealing with the recent online pricing and promotions? Daily we have customers wanting us to match the online prices and specials, which I do not blame them as a consumer. Anyone know about rumors of a family plan? similar to what sprint offers for $129 that can also be used on blackberries? I thought i read something somewhere...but not sure!

I have a 2 phones that are out of contract and I'm thinking about dropping VZW because I want really good camera phone. Does anybody know when they are going to be getting a 5.0 MP camera phone or higher? I looked at the Omnia but I have fingers the size of pepperoni and touch screens don't work for me at all.
