I heard a white and a red version of the Samsung Omnia were released in Asia. Can we expect color variety of this smartphone in the states soon???

Customers are saying please and thank you more, they are asking for upgrades instead of demanding one or saying we owe them one, and they are more apologetic about getting behind on their bills.

Just wondering if anyone here is in the Ellijay, GA area and works at the Corporate Store.

I have been patiently waiting for my contract to expire with AT&T so I can switch back to Verizon. I only have about 3 weeks left and I'm all set to do it. The only thing is, with the economy in the dumper I'm not so sure that now is the right time to get locked down under a new contract. I work in health care so my job should be pretty secure but there's no way to know for sure. Now I'm sitting here thinking that it might make more sense to just stay put for a while with AT&T and my current phone. ☹️ I really don't want to. I'd much rather be back with VZW and have a cool new phone. But if I were to loose my job, cell phones are a luxury that we could give up to save money. Hi, I upgraded to the Samsung Omnia less than 30 days ago. I don't like it. So I call and they tell me I'm within the Worry Free Guarantee period. So I plan to go back to the store to exchange it for a different phone, but here's my issue: I got a small scratch in the upper left corner of the screen. How critical are they about condition of the phone during exchanges at Verizon stores??

starting today, VZW custys can call Alltel MTN's and it would be considered in-calling.

BIG CAVEAT though...Alltel custys CANNOT call VZW numbers as free yet...yet is the key word...

My mom upgraded to the Samsung Omnia but does not like it. She is going to exchange it but I'm having a hard time figuring out what would be best for her. She liked the idea of touch screen but it is hard to use for making selections in automated systems, she doesn't like the stylus dangling and has not been able to get her email set up.

I have the Curve and love it but she says the buttons on it are too small for her. I may let her use it a while to see if she can get used to it.

On paper, the best phone would be be xv6800 because it has what she wants but I just don't trust that one & have read reviews that sound quality is bad. She wants: reliable, easy to use, full keypad with big keys, large font because she doesn't see that wel...

I've just passed a year on my 2 year contract and would like to trade my pearl to try the storm. I'll agree to another 2 years but would like the $199 price.

On My Verizon on-line, they need a min $50 calling plan to get the early upgrade and so it shows me not qualified as I have only the $40 plan (450 minutes). But, I've also had the $30 BIS data plan.

Does anyone know if this phone will ever make its way to VZW? I miss having a flip-phone, but i'm a heavy texter plus I'm always online via my phone and whatnot so i need the keyboard. This phone is perfect for what I'm looking for but I'm most certainly NOT going to T-Mobile for it (tried them before and their coverage is HORRIBLE in my area).

Will a verizon motorola startec work on the network?

So i know, i know, you guys are probably thinking, "yeah.. thats why i never use my phone as my main source of pictures, especially on vacation." anyways, i went to Vegas and used my Dare to take many pictures... at the CES convention, at the AVN convention (look that up lol), on the strip, in the hotel, and even in the clubs. I printed out my pictures at walgreens and the pictures look like they were taken with an old school Motorola V710. they look cristal clear on my myspace and when i review them in my phone, but look horrible on 4x6 prints.

you wanna know the funny thing?

My best friend has an ENv2 and her pictures lookd waay better than mine printed out.. does that make sense? a 2.0 mp producing better pics than a 3.2?

After seeing the press release today about Circuit City liquidating all assets and soon closing stores, what will happen to the Verizon reps inside those locations? I am assuming they are corporate employees so hopefully you will just be transferred! If you can, please let us know.

I never said I told you so......but I told you so. Verizon simply is not on the leading edge of the phone side of things. Never were. apparently never will be.
