What is my best option...
I had the Env and I had to file an insurance claim and got the Samsung Alias...I like the phones with the QWERTY keyboard because I text so much...
What do you think? Im not trying to be rude but if you are going to reply to this and just talk bad about VZW then dont even waste your time. I just want some advice...thats all.
DARE Question
PETER GRIFFIN
discontinued lg vx8700
I was wondering what I would have to do if I'm currently on one of the verizon family plans. My contract for my old phone ran out a year ago so I wouldn't have to worry about that, but would there be a fee for activating a discontinued phone? What would be the process? What kind of customer care would I get from verizon, if any?
thanks
Centro data plan
BB Question
I need a plan that covers downloading from the internet. I do not need corprate service.
My question is I guess
Will the 29.99 BB plan cover downloading from the internet?
Or do I need to the higher priced plan?
stick with voyager or try new phone
My voyager keeps doing what i think is called "power cycling" which it turns off randomly usually when I'm in a call or using messenger services. Anywho, i was given the option to get a new phone of my choice since I've replaced this phone like 4 times already. Do any of you tech savvy vzw techs out there know if this can be fixed or should i just give up and get a new phone?
If a new phone is what i should do what do u guys think is the best phone out there right now thats reliable, and good for web, mms, gps, ims, etc. everybody keeps talking about a blackberry but i think i would have to change my plan for that phone.
Appreciate any feedback

Verizon Wireless ranked highest in J.D. Power and Associates’ 2008 Wireless Customer Care Performance study. The results, which normally find T-Mobile USA Inc. on top, included more than 11,000 respondents and were based on three areas, including telephone calls with a service representative and/or automated response system (ARS), visits to a retail wireless store, and via the Internet. Customers were especially impressed with Verizon Wireless’s ability to resolve a problem in one contact.
What drives most customers crazy — waiting on hold — has begrudgingly increased overall. The industry-wide average a...
