Anyone else having problems connecting to the Get It Now, or Media Center on the Motorola W755s? Verizon is running the free Navigator for a month with an activation or upgrade, but when I try to download it for my customers with the W755's, it gives me a error message. I called customer service with the issue twice, and both reps tell me they are stumped?

When will the Treo 800 be available on Verizon? The early reviews of Sprint users indicates it is a very nice phone.

My wife and I have 8600s that are dying...we are due for new any 2 until i think february they told us (and that is the early 2 months they give you before the official date)

Do we have ANY options? We went to the store and they told us that we had to wait the full two years....our phones get awful service lately...any help or promos is appreciative....I have a friend who "states" he got a coupon for an early renewal and a phone for like a 100 bucks...the voyager i think.....any info on that as well?

I'm about to jump ship from Verizon to Sprint for ONE REASON - COST.

Years ago when cell phone useage was just exploding, some networks had really crappy coverage, others had great coverage (started off Sprint was better than Verizon took hold of the better coverage reigns) and all networks could charge an arm and a leg for minutes, coverage was really important for a lot of people and even if coverage wasn't a huge issue for folks because costs were similar across the board (a plan for every budget with most providers basically) the other thing people wanted was good customer service. The economy was strong, people could afford a bit more for better coverage and better customer service.

Any new news? Can anyone else confirm the launch date of July 21?

I have tried to search the internet and Verizon's site for the answer but have not been able to pin anything down. I would like to be able to use the mobile web for internet access and I would like to be able to check my email on my phone I have a mediacom cable account. I do not care about V cast music or videos...What is the best feature to add...do I add the Vcast V pak for 15$ a month? or do I just add the Mobile Web/Email for 5$ per month? and do I pay by the megabyte regardless or only if I go with the 5$ addition. I am confused....I am thinking about getting the ENV2...I do love the Curve my brother has but he uses it for business email and I only get personal emails and don't need it for work so it is probably not worth the extr...

first off i couldn't imagine working in sales, that must be tough trying to convince someone to come with us with the potential customer asking questions like "why are you so expensive. sprint offers unl EVERYTHING for the same price. how would you like reply to that? i have people that call in and say sprint's cheaper and att has rollover and sprint has nights starting earlier. i'm like uh, well sprint sucks. haha. no, i do have some things i say but i need some more ideas here. i'm running out.

My friend has the centro by palm (sprint carrier) and with her texting messages, it shows up like a chat...i was wondering if any verizon phones had that feature?!?! I'm due for an upgrade and I was just wondering if verizon had a phone like that, preferably an LG.

Does anyone know exactly what data is unlimited with the premium plan concerning web browsing?

I know that it states unlimited web2.0 browsing. With my Dare, does that include the WWW and HTML pages too? I checked my account usage and it's saying I'm near the limit, and that's only from two days of dinking around.

Does the NAVIGATOR or EMAIL that comes with the Premium plan eat up my alloted MB usage?

I searched the verizon site but nothing was very clear.

1. Stop the bitching!!! I swear all I ever talk to is whiny people who think they can act like 5 year olds on a daily basis.. So you pay your bills on time??? YOUR SUPPOSED TO!!! do you call your car or insurance company and tell them you need a credit because you pay your bill on time and have never had an accident?? DUH.. sounds stupid? Imagine what we think when you call in?

I have a friend that I've been traveling with a lot lately that has Sprint and I have Verizon. When ever we were in areas of spotty coverage it seemed when my phone showed "extended network" his Sprint phone showed he was on the Sprint network and when ever my phone showed it was using the Verizon network his phone showed he was roaming.

So, do Sprint and Verizon roam on eachothers networks? If so, wouldn't that mean the coverage is the same on either provider?

Ok so I live in Sioux Falls SD. I recently went to a friends cabin in Brainerd MN (2 hours NW of the twin cities or about an hour north of St cloud). While driving up there I had extended mostly thru MN. I had EVDO in ST Cloud area. I got all excited... but then 10 miles from their house I went to extended. I had 1-0 bars. I was po! Now why is it taking so loooong for unicel to turn into verizon? Cant they just flip a switch and say ok this tower is now verizon. The ppl I went to visit had unicel and had great service in their home... about 3-4 bars (on a 1-4 bar scale). and yes I did do a *228 option 2 prl update before leaving when I was still in my local vzw coverage.

Also... what is going to happen to the gsm unicel we have here in S...
