So, how would Verizon handle this? Would I get re-upped for two years now after a purchase of a new phone since mine is broken (and they can't replace it with a Slvr since it is discontinued)??

Third Party Features? (And yes, I feel stupid)
I'm trying to play catch up with my stats today, so I'm working as fast as I can. A customer comes online and says that they need to be able to send IM messages to Dubai. I swear, I'm not kidding... I actually asked WHAT Dubai was. 🙄 For some reason, I just assumed it was some third party feature that I'd never heard of. The context even implied it was a country, even if I'd never heard of Dubai, and I still missed it. 😕
Are there any third party features that work on Verizon's network? What are they? What do they do? (Details certainly welcome, as your time permits.)

total out of pocket = $49 w/ 2 year contract extension (i assume i wont have to pay an activation fee)
is this the best deal i can get? (w/o being pushy?)...it seems pretty fair, but does VZW ever throw in earlier nights (7pm) or something else in customer retention?

I called verizon a little over a month ago to change my plan from a 1500 min plan on one line to an uln talk message plan, and my second line to a basic plan.
😎 cool...
so to make a long store short, I got my bill and the plan was never changed to the unl just the next higher plan, (which isn't a big deal to me, mistakes happen) I called to have the plan changed to unl AGAIN.. and the rep on the phone told me "ok please hold I need to review this with my sup and we will apply the new plan" ....holding... the rep comes back and informs me that she changed the plan effective today and that it was all taken care of... 👀 I then asked her if I would be issued credits since I went over my min due to the incorrect plan c...

Overall I'm really disappointed because I was hoping that LG would really tie all the loose ends together and have a legitimate threat to the iPhone.
Guess not...
