My trackball has went out and my phone has become temporarily unusable at times. Is there a different phone they will allow me to exchange it with without having to start my contract over? I have completed nine months with my new 20 month plan they suckered me into.

i just put in a claim on my samsung fascinate because it was lost. I will be getting this from asurion on thursday of this week. there are some questions that i have?

1. will this be new/unopened box with a brand new phone

2. if this is new can i sell this phone on ebay and then register a cheaper phone on my plan without repercussions

I was going to pay full retail and get the iphone for 650,the rep said just add a line for 10 bucks, and it will only cost me 240 over the life of the contract! He insisted on giving me a math lesson, even after I told him no. Is it not 10 dollars plus taxes costing me upward of 20 a month? Closer to 480? What is the real cost of adding a third line on a family plan.

Since this "delay" and how we are closer to the Droid Bionic release date, I don't see why I shouldn't wait a little bit more and cop the Droid Bionic. For the longest time, I wanted the HTC Thunderbolt. It's got everything the HTC Thunderbolt plus more except an FM radio (so what).

It's made by Motorola though. I have had bad experiences with Motorola (e.g. Motorola Q). I hated the Motorola Q.

Someone please give me some advice.

My wife currently has a four-year old LG VX8300 (flip style). Although it still works great, she wants a thin phone that will be more comfortable in her jeans pocket.

She doesn't use camera, text, data services, media player, or really any feature other than a few phone book entries.

In reviewing the phones on VZ website, after eliminating the flip phones, there are only 5 that don't require data plans and all of those have QWERTY keyboards, something she doesn't need or want. So we decided to look for a discontinued phone on eBay.

Probably a stupid question, but if I have a Verizon iphone 4 and an at&t iphone 4 side-by-side and using a wifi connection; would the download speeds be the same? I know there is a difference with 3G speeds.

First off, I realize this is a site devoted to the phones of a specific carrier. I have a soap box and no matter how hard I try my wife just can't seem to calm me down.

As a rep at a call center, I see WAY too many people trying to save that quick buck by being on calling plans that simply do not fit the person's (or family's) usage. People not taking advantage of friends and family or "unlimited" data simply because they can save a buck (theoretically) by being on a lower plan. People who like to watch movies but stay on a 5gb plan for mobile broadband services.

700 min plan is 69.99 and thats all you get, if you use any more than that with your 5 lines... pay the extra $20 a month can save you unlimited amounts of money due to the ...

I think VZW is done with me. 👀
Got an online order and tried to activate it, no record found for my port request. 😲
Called CS, and they transfered me around a few times with no luck.
Did say the port request was canceled, but didn't know why.
CS said they have to fill out a manual port request and it could take between 24-48 Hrs. Well it's been over 24 Hrs and I'm still unsuccessful at activating it with *228.
So I'm thinking the powers at be (probably some computer program) put the kibosh on my port request and when the CS checks back in with me they'll be unsuccessful too. 😕
