The one with the oldest plan gets one million bonus points.
FYI In most cases you can tell what the birth date of your plan is by whats in your calling plan description. It will say something like America's choice 0504 meaning its birthday was 05/2004

Samsung i830 issues
Customer had an i830. Went to Germany, worked fine for voice, no data could be gotten, data support tried to fix it, couldn't. Came back to the US and it's not working in CDMA mode. It will never acquire a signal even with soft reset, hard reset, flight mode on/off, etc. Basically she got a replacement from data support. The replacement she gets does the same exact thing, which is quite strange... so from here is it the handset or something wrong in the system causing her to have all these issues, and what's the fix?
Bluetooth Car Kit Compatibility
For example, the V710 and it's compatibility with BMW was solved years ago. Many of the newer BT phones, like the LG Chocolate still don't work with BMW; the Motorola Q is the only phone that works with a Lexus.
Why is Verizon the only retailer that needs to publish a list like this:

Besides harmony with the rest of the planet’s cell networks, the phone affords you Bluetooth, a 1.3-megapixel camera, dual displays, and a thin-is-in form factor. No release date yet, but it’s cleared the FCC, so it could drop any ol’ day now.
What’s intriguing is that this could be a trend among phone manufacturers. Indeed, if mass-market phones had access to both types of network, then making multiple versions of the same phone wouldn’t be neces...
